The room is smelly. Room says non smoking room yet it reeks of smoke (cigarettes). Walls cracked, carpet dirty, beds are horrible, walls need resurfacing, sink is stopped up, shower knob is non functional. My stay here was for work, but I will not be returning or referring anyone here. Needs to be upgraded badly(especially for their prices).

Nina is nice. Place has lots of roaches. They are trying to remodel so hopefully it will get better.

Sun Suites has always been one of those hotels where it looks okay but I wouldn't personally choose to stay there. It's not a problem with the hotel and staff itself, but the guests that stay there make it difficult.

Nina the manager is great. Nice personality, always smiling and helpful. Other staff are helpful as well.

2.5 stars. The room is pretty decent. Full size fridge, microwave, n stovetop. Nice flat screen. clean (except for the floors, they look clean but socks and bottom of feet were black after walking around..so the floors should be mopped/carpet cleaned).kids running around screaming to the top of their lungs on a few occasions. had to park on the other side because some kids kept pouring juice/soda over the balconies. Entire car was sticky, washed it twice in 1 week I've seen about 6 or 7 roaches near the kitchen sink area over the course of 2 weeks. I see an orkin tag so presumably it's recently been treated. Their staff is lack luster, issues with being on time, out of the office a lot. Rarely answer the phone. wi-fi is a little weak sometimes. overall, its "meh." i give the room itself 4 stars. Other aspects regarding grounds, staff, etc brings the 4 stars down to a 2.5 stars.

The location is good. Right near the interstate and many restaurants. The room is ok. I have a handicapped Tom and that was because that was the only one available at the time. Problem is the shower has no bottom front ledge and water wets the entire floor. Plus I have seen multiple bugs in one hour. Needs a pest control treatment.
