Terrible I recommend no one going there, Bad for business I bought 3 cars from there in the last 3 years. and each one gave me engine and electrical problems. They are over pricing their cars and over taxing on the warranty policy when it should automatically come with a financial deal by month. Terrible workers. I couldn't get any help when it came down to needing to trade in due to financial difficulties from having car problems they told me no. when I traded a car in last year with no big deal but the car he only had picked out had something loose on the tire and not alignment straight and took me 8 months before the last junk I traded for. Now I'm carless at the moment struggling to keep my job because of their over price trash cars

Bought my car for over 6000 and it lasted only 9 months and then put over 1000 in it to still need more work. Nothing but problems since a few weeks into having the car. Had to sell it for 1600 because it still needs over 1000 of work done to the engine . Bring a mechanic with you and get a warranty If you plan on buying.

I had a horrible experience here, the staff is sweet except the ower he lied about the car I got.. it had a hole in the car I took it back in 2 days And got my money back but I wont recommend this place to no one to get a good car if you have kids or kids on the way.

I and my sister were in need of a car and Sun Auto had a perfect fit for us. They were very friendly and worked with us to meet our needs and at the end of the day we walked away with full coverage insurance and a nice car. Thanks Sun.

The owner is a really nice manI just bought a vehicle from them a few days ago5 days after I bought it, the transmission wentafter a $5K repair, I'm a little upset, but this is what you get with used carsI signed the as is paperwork, so the owner could have told me to go pound salthe has done a few things to help the wounds.so I will give the 5 stars.However, these being used cars, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM THOROUGHLY INSPECTED AND DO NOT GO TO MAC AUTOMOTIVE because they told me the vehicle was in PERFECT condition. Just please make sure that the vehicle is inspectedpay the $$ to do so, or you could be out a lot more money in the end.

This place tried to sell me not 1 but 2 lemon cars had to take them back and now there trying to charge me for the whole price for the vehicles and sent it to collections even though they have the vehicles this place is fraud I wouldn't buy a vehicle from here

The staff is friendly and helpful it worked for me as far as the down payment was concerned and me not having to pay off a car for years I have no complaints on this place in the end I came out satisfied I had some issues and few things needed to be fixed on my car but after a talk with the owner he ended up being honorable i really appreciated that especially being I had put down everything I had on this car good people I would actually get another car off of them

Lies alot and says you missed payments even when you have a receipt. They will tell you the owner is out of the country although he's always in the back office. Never ever buy a car from here, trust me on that you will regret it. They snuck and repod my car even though my payments were current and I had a zero balance then tried to tell me I owed 300 dollars for the repo fee even though it was their fault. Would have gave them 0 stars if I could

Very good , honest dealership . They do not sugar coat anything . Very good cars , good prices , and very nice staff . (Office manager Wendy is awesome ) They really do approve anyone and give anyone a chance . They will bend over backwards to work with you if you run in to hardships . (Just be honest with them ) Payment extension ect . I bought a beautiful Bmw from here 2 years ago , and have only a couple payments left , and it is still running strong . If you are considering this place , you have my recommendation !

Jerry Springer is advertising for them. That's nice. Now they're allegedly asking for an arm, a leg and your first born for a down payment! Please remember that you are located in Youngstown, Ohio. Jobs are not paying us what they may be paying others in larger cities. I think they should reconsider the amounts they ask people to put down on their vehicles. With that being said, lower your down payment amounts. In my opinion they are rediculously large.

If your expectations are realistic then this is a good place to go. They really do what
they say and don't sugar coat it. I was able to get a very nice car with reasonable terms.
They really do approve everyone. Just don't expect to get a brand new car.response / report this review
