  We did some extensive research when we decided to change our existing Condo Management Company and choose Summit Management LLC .  We're really pleased with our decision because they work closely with the board and are very professional when handling our maintenance.  In fact, we recently had our board meeting in May and the unit owners in attendance confirmed they were pleased with our decision. Individual unit owners expressed that they have been pleased with responses from those they've spoken with at Summit Management when they've called regarding any issues or concerns they've had.  They've been happy with their solutions.  Kristine, Alison and Vic have been a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend Summit Management to other Condo Associations.

  Updated: Response to Summit Management’s comments. I have been in contact with you, several times this week, and you wanted me to “prove” that I did not receive the services in question, then you declined to a accept my proof, telling me that I had to “witness” the service not being done. You already knew that other units had a problem with this vendor but refused to have them return to complete the job, they had been paid to do, at my unit but you had them return for the other unit owners. So your response to my review is nothing more than you trying to act as if you care or will remedy the situation because of this public, truthful and accurate, review of how you have treated a disabled senior citizen. I know that you know who I am because this review is just a copy of the numerous emails I have sent you this week.
  
  This Management company is horrible. They hire contractors that they know do not do what they have been paid to do and do nothing but steal the money from senior citizens that own condos at Hamden Farms! What these people do and get away with should be a crime. I pay my common fee but do not get the same services as other owners. Also, they expect me, a disabled senior, to watch over these shoddy contractors , to make sure they do the job they were hired to do. Why would any reputable property manager hire someone like that? It is irresponsible of them but no one cares and no one does anything about it. They are disgraceful and so are the board members who do nothing and have allowed this management company, as well as the previous one, to treat my concerns differently than other unit owners. Well it’s as clear to me as black and white. I’m a black owner and the others are white, as are the Board President and the executive committee. They only follow the Bylaws when it suits them.

  As a former HOA board member who participated in the extensive, thorough selection process in our search for a property management firm that was the right fit for our community association, I can say without any reservation that Summit Property Management LLC is experienced and highly credentialed in their field, professional, diligent, honest, trustworthy, ethical, and acts with integrity. Every quality you want and need in a property management company. Summit worked tirelessly for our community— going way above and beyond to provide excellent service to both the Board and community members, at times under very difficult circumstances.
  
  Doing the right thing for the right reason is not always easy or popular, but Summit did/does the right thing by following applicable law and the association’s governing documents, while also promoting a respectful and civil community association culture.
  
  Summit is local along the Connecticut shoreline so they are not only a wonderful business partner but they are our neighbors- friendly, easy to work with and provides expert guidance and service to both HOA boards and community members. I highly recommend Summit Property Management LLC for any community association in search of an excellent partner.

  While previously serving on our HOA Board, we interviewed, carefully evaluated, and performed significant due diligence with many property management companies. After an extensive search, review and selection process, we unanimously selected Summit as our Property Management partner. They did an outstanding job for our community, and we made the right choice, and I'd make the same choice again without hesitation.
  
  Summit is a first-class, and professional property management firm. The staff are experts in their field, hold several high-level certifications, and have significant HOA property management experience. The staff always conducts themselves professionally; even under difficult circumstances during Regular meetings with unit owners.
  
  As a previous HOA Board Member, Summit was a great partner; providing sound guidance to our Board to ensure we made decisions that are compliant with our governing documents and relevant state laws, as well as providing solid budgetary advice. Additionally Summit has sophisticated and effective accounting systems and reporting tools.
  
  Overall, based on my first-hand experience, I can highly recommend Summit as a great property management partner.

  Summit has been our condominium association’s property manager for years. They are on top of everything, very professional, reasonably priced, and available. We highly recommend Summit to other associations.
