Very friendly staff. Rory loves going there to play with his doggie friends. They do charge you for Sunday boarding even if you pick up that day, but other places like my vet don't even offer Sunday pickup so it's a nice option plus for short weekday stints I can send him to daycare where I know he's having fun during the day. Less guilt/worry for me for leaving him behind when I have to.

Our pups love going to daycare and we love knowing they are in good, caring hands. It is also so convenient to have grooming and vet services in same building.

My dog was "misplaced". When I arrived to pick him up, the staff tried to give me a dog thay wasn't mine, along with about 2/3 of the food that I had brought for a four night stay. I told them that wasn't my dog, the staff member was confused because apparently that dog was in my dog's kennel. I had to give them a picture of my dog so they could go find him. After searching for about 20 minutes, they found my dog, who was not scheduled for any grooming, in the grooming area. He was not wearing his collar and it took about 10 more mintues to find that. After receiving some excuses about how busy they were that weekend, we went home and my dog drank a full liter of water, devoured a dish of food, then slept for about 2 days straight. I am furious. He seems to be fine now, but where was my dog the whole time? Why was it necessary to remove his collar, and how long did the staff have no idea who he was? Why did he only eat a day and half worth of food when he was there four days? Was he receiving some other dog's food and possibly medication while he was there? What if the dog who was in my dog's kennel had a special diet or medication he didn't receive because of their failure to keep track of the pets we've entrusted them with? I'm thankful that this situation didn't turn out as badly as it could have but I will not be returning.

Great facility, owners and staff. Our dog loves it here. I don't go to another place unless they close and I don't foresee that happening.

Always friendly and very professional ! We take our 2 schnauzers for grooming and are always pleased with their cuts. Linda, the owner, is available for advice when we have questions. Both our sons take their dogs too and are always happy with the services. Groomers did a great job of "trimming" the husky after he blew his winter coat. When we need to use the boarding service our dogs are always well treated by the staff and don't seem to mind returning. It is a BIG advantage to have the adjoining door with Lee's Summit Animal Hospital because they work closely with the Summit Pet Care Staff and are always available to check on our dogs if needed while they are there for grooming or boarding.

We had the worst grommer for are pet, we had told her many time be gentle,ask if they give water because my princess tongue was out hot you could tell she thirst for water. She trim her way .not are way , she also does not listen to you either.she trim her hair so short you could see her skin on her nose. Everytime I took her there she scared and skaking. Also I ask about why you put rope around there neck have them walk back there, they say that how they walk them down the hallway you could see them c hocking because they pull them down the hallway.i don't recommend this place to know one. I give them no stars at all. We dont go there any more its been 2 years ago since we left there. But good luck to the one's who send there pets there.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience!!!! Incredibly clean, welcoming and professional facility. The pricing was exactly as I was told when I called to make my appointment. The grooming they did on my dog was PERFECT, absolutely no flaws and my doggy looked like a million bucks. I appreciated the fact that I could get my dogs updated shots while he was in for his grooming, extremely convenient to have the vet right next door. I highly recommend this business to anyone that is ready for a high quality stress free grooming for their fur baby, without that high dollar price point ;)

Have used this business for nearly 20 years without any notable issue or complaint. The on-site location of a veterinarian is a plus. Have also used their grooming business for many years and have never had a problem there either. They do clearly post their rules and charges. Groomers are friendly and accommodating with exception to late drop offs. I have been willing to play by these rules although at times I would prefer an afternoon drop instead of morning for grooming. I am retired and that would work better for my schedule. A small complaint. They do accommodate early pick ups in grooming but the dog must be dropped by 9:00 AM.
