My daughter's love to go in here and look. I am surprised I haven't come home with the Arc by now. The associates are usually friendly, and the dogs even more so.

I don't know how this little shop could've gotten such bad reviews. I love it! The employees I've met have been kind and very helpful. While the products might not be the cheapest, (as opposed to Petsmart or etc), you've got to know that when walking in because it's a small establishment. But the fish I've seen and bought are all delightfully healthy and vibrant, and the plants they hold are always green and pest-free.

Amazing people. I came in with a saltwater tank in the back of my car. It was a mess. The thing reeked and was covered in gross. The guys helped me get the thing fixed up and walked me through the whole thing. It is now running great and I’m getting corals set up. Can’t ask for a better staff or store

I've only had one minor hiccup with this store and that was them being sold out of the type of mouse I was looking for after receiving their shipments the day before. Waiting is no big deal when you own a snake, however! They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and they are quick to help you out.

I can't praise these folks enough. My girl LOOKS SO GOOD coming from the groomers. I have been forced to pay 3 times as much, and not get as good of results. This is my forever groomer as long as they keep the same people. Simply Marvelous.!!!😁😁😁

Nice little store. Has everything you'd need for your furry friends at reasonable prices. They have a large fish section, both fresh and salt water varieties.

They have an awesome selection of fish, although some are a bit pricey. They seemed very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the fish. And all but one guy seemed really friendly. I would've given them more stars, but they obviously don't have any idea (nor did they seem to want to) on how to properly take care of their tarantulas and other inverts, and it's really sad.

One of the fish we bought had an anchor worm -.- we're waiting to see if any of the others have anchor worms too.

Good pet store. Not large but has quality items. The staff was also willing to special-order an item for me that I had been looking for but couldn't find. They can be a bit pricey but I think part of that comes with the territory of being a small business, so we support them anyway. They sell my dog's hard to find food and keep it in stock so they've won this household over!

Employees are nicer than the other reviews make them sound, but I have some ethical issues with some of the things they sell like puppies. ADOPT DONT SHOP

I like leaving my dog, Romeo, with them. He always wants to see them, which is an indication that he is taken care of properly. He never balks. He is groomed there as well, and he always seems to like arriving. I believe they are kind to the dogs, which is my main requirement and the dogs are well taken care of. I would recommend them.

Generally speaking, I have good experiences at this store (I shop for aquarium supplies). I think the younger employees are much more knowledgeable and helpful than the owners (husband and wife, I believe), who can be a bit off-putting.

I've found their stock to be well-maintained, health fish and reasonable prices. The employees know the attributes of the fish.

It's not nearly as fancy as, say, Picasso, but the customer service and employee knowledge is far superior.
