Amazing place. Great staff and rooms are cozy. My family and I enjoyed this place and will most likely come back and recommend it.

Friendly little bed and breakfast in the Rockies. It has a nice jacuzzi in the basement, which is one of the main reasons we decided to stay there. The free breakfast consisted of bagels, (jelly, PB, cream cheese available) danish, juice, and coffee. All rooms have fridges. Our room was clean and quiet!

I have been coming here for years, truly the best and one of the last genuine ski lodges around. The owners are always welcoming, kind and helpful. Staying here reminds me why I support small local businesses!

Just called to ask if they do weekly rates because I'm about to move into another hotel close by that does weekly rates (yes during ski season) and wanted to compare prices and the woman who answered couldn't have been more of a b****. Made me feel like I was stupid for calling, even laughed and asked me "are you kidding me??" When I asked her about weekly rates. Wow great customer service. Nailed it

I think is less than "average" quality service. No shampoo, not suficient towels for 2 people, no elevator..the place is dark and the common areas very small. Tables for breakfastonly "4" . it's over price for the little service..(almost none).The front desk people are not pleasant at all. I had to ask for a second key and they took hours to provided it. Not enough parking space.
I will not recommend this place.

Found this place while searching for deals in the area on a third party website.

Everything was as advertised and affordable for the area. The small free breakfast was adequate but if you're looking for more food, there are local restaurants.

We booked a room at the New Summit Inn on two occasions before and after our backpacking trip in the area. They have large and clean rooms. The lady working at the checking is friendly and even got us in our room before 'check-in' times as we got off the trail early.

We were able to park our car in the grassy area while we were on trail.
If we're back in the area and ever need a room, we'll book again at the New Summit Inn. Nice walking distance to the bus transfer station, Walmart and restaurants…

Love this little place great place to stay if you're on the road I was even surprised on how quiet it was given that it's right off I 70. Marie was a gym she even had breakfast yet before we were leaving at 7 AM thank you thank you and the beds were the most comfortable I've been in in a long time. I normally stay at 4or five star hotels and can tell you that her beds rival those.

Dated but overall (read further) a well kept hotel ran by a nice manager. Although the breakfast was more of a snack, the price was right. One big issue though, I went to bed one night without flipping the lights on, come morning, I awoke to realize I'd been sleeping face first in a considerably blood stained pillow. Although management was advised, no courtesy concession was offered but she did advise they'd look into it.

This place is great. The check in/ out process is well done. New Summit Inn is a quaint inn with a 'mom and pop' feel to it. The location is second to none if you like to ski. It is centrally located to Breck, Vail, and Keystone. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. I highly recommend this place. The breakfast is light, so don't plan on eating a big breakfast. However, the overall experiences is 5 out of 5 stars.
