I was able to use the facilities at the Vail Vitality Center and dined at Terra Bistro three times during our last stay in Vail. Chris, who had taken over as manager while the actual manager was out of town, is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. When he found out our son was sick and we didn't have a car, he drove us himself in his own vehicle to the Dr. Chris did something to help us almost ever day of our trip, even on his days off (which aren't many). We can't thank him enough.
Terra Bistro is one, if not our favorite, restaurant in Vail. They not only cater to vegan and gluten free diners, the food they create is delicious and first class in quality.response / report this review -

We ate at Terra Bistro. The food was good. The drinks were interesting and the atmosphere was great. I would recommend this restaurant. Enjoy!!!

Convenient location. Nice large rooms and baths. Great spa and athletic club. Staff could not be more helpful. Excellent breakfast. Adam and Daniel at front desk were especially accommodating.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights.
Room was great and spacious. Service/staff was great. We had our dog(big dog), so this place was perfect for him. Vail was very dog friendly with many paths/trails. We also enjoyed the fitness center. Fitness is one of our priorities so this was a great set up. Overall, our experience was excellent. We came the last week of May which was nice weather for hiking, but not everything was open since out of season. (We planned on this for more hiking and relaxing) This worked fine with us as it wasn't overcrowded. We will be back!response / report this review -

Had to leave my massage because the therapist refused to touch me where I'd had radiation treatment three years ago. Never seen such ignorance combined with attitude, made me feel about two inches tall.
