I fully believe this hospital killed my mother. She was sent home with very low oxygen levels and then was on breathing tubes because they refused to treat her. They did nothing to find out why she kept getting pneumonia and she had passed a way after a year of non stop fighting. this hospital should be shut down. The doctors and nurses have no care for anyone that walks through the doors. They do not check on you while you are in a room. If you ask when the doctor is coming or when you can be released they get an attitude or completely ignore you. The nurses pay no attention to the call lights. The y hold you in the er way longer then you need to be. When you ask for medication or a doctors excuse they act like you shouldn't be asking them for anything.

I don't even know where to begin with this. The story is so long and ridiculous. Just know you'll bring your family member in and be told they're fine because their bloodwork says they are. You'll be told your family members blood work or bodily functions are "weird" and they don't "make sense". All while the Dr is jumping around and laughing about how "weird" things are. All while your family member is rapidly declining in health and all while you are continuously told "they're getting better, the blood work says so". Now we sit at Ruby Memorial on life support fighting for his life because the Dr simply relied on blood work and refused to admit he didn't know what was going on.

Possibly one of the worst hospitals I've ever had to be treated at. Rude nurses who never check on thier patients I would never recommend this hospital to anyone

Very unfriendly staff, IMO. We were here 2 hours for a simple procedure.
Sign says they don't take Medicare, so I don't know what the poor people do up here if they need emergency treatment.

I went in for my sciatica and knee and foot as they had been swollen and painful for days. Dr Ruiz came in pushed on my back and said I'll write you a script and get you out of here. Mind you he never looked at my knee or my foot. I will NEVER go there again if he is working. Registration and nursing staff were awesome. But that Dr. Um NO. I've been to the ER several times and NEVER had a Dr to treat me the way he did.
