  We stayed at Summit cabin. Came with everything we needed, including firewood, and we had such a good time. The cabin is gorgeous and so peaceful, private. The comfiest chair, relaxing fireplaces and hammock, and hot tub was so nice! I didn't want to leave. The price is the best we found for the area and I cant say enough good things. And the city of Summersville is gorgeous with so much to do in the area. I already want to go back

  Quaint cabin near state park. Sleeps up to four, spacious yard to enjoy, and the hot tub an added bonus. Cabin was clean and accommodating Definitely recommend!

  Very relaxing lots of trails to take and an abundance of animals to look at and enjoy supper nice picnic area to have a romantic picnic or even a family reunion nice softball field and playground for the kid's

  I have stayed at Carnifex Ferry's "Major Harding's Abode" for a bachelor party weekend the past 2 springs, and will be heading down again in a few weeks. The cabin is spacious and clean, with several amenities provided. The open kitchen and living room is great for lounging and hanging out after a long day of white water rafting. I would strongly recommend Carnifex Ferry Cottages, and look forward to returning in future years. I just need to convince another buddy to get engaged this winter!
