I can not express the thanks our family has for Mario and Sullivan’s funeral home. Sullivan’s is family oriented, they are kind, and compassionate and they are so respectful to the family as well as the loved one lost.

First, the passing of my brother, Matthew, was completely unexpected and caught everyone off guard. No plans had been made and there was no will or anything documented.
Sullivan's Funeral Home was recommended by the paster of our recently deceased father and what a blessing the director, Mario Billow, was during this time.
Anyone who has had to experience the unexpected loss of a loved one can certainly understand the grief and absolute frustration during the entire estate process. With Mario and Sullivans it felt very personalized and sincere. After just one preliminary phone call, Mario met us at the door, remembered the names of all involved, and ushered us to the office where all documents and disclosures were laid out and even projected onto a large screen for accuracy and completeness.
There was no pressure or sales pitch, just an offering of what our options were. Mario reassured us of the steps Sullivan's would take to receive Matthew into their care and would consistently keep us updated on every aspect of the process.
The entire estate process is so daunting and frustrating, what mattered most was making sure that Matthew was given the respect and care in death that he gave to others in life.
I mean this sincerely when I say, " Thank you Mario, and thank you Sullivans."
Rest in peace, Matthew.

I unfortunately needed to meet Mario due to loosing my baby. He was highly recommended. The second I spoke to him on the phone I knew I was making the right choice by choosing him to take care of my baby. He made this numbing experience much easier to get through for my fiancé and I. I can not thank him enough.

My father was 40 years active military, army. I selected Sullivan Funeral Home because of Mario who is also a decorated military veteran. Mario And his staff went above and beyond to make sure that my father is being treated with honor, respect and dignity.
My goal was to give my father a funeral service that honored the man, person, husband, father and military veteran that he was. A family member disagreed with the deceased wishes re: location, and Mario went above and beyond to reach a quick, logical, rational, solution. He Treated my father and me with respect, and and takes great honor in what he does. He is kind, caring, reassuring, knowledgeable and highly respected in his field. He is also a pastor of two different religious denominations. I can't say enough great things about Sullivan Funeral Home and Mario and Charles his assistant. They go above and beyond to show that you and your loved one matters. The personal time, close attention to detail, and care that they give is genuine. I cannot thank them enough! I can now feel assured that my father will be laid to rest with the honor and dignity that he deserves.response / report this review -

This was the second time Mario Billow has taken care of one of our family members. There is no one we would entrust the care of our loved ones to, other than to Mario. His compassion, help, advice, patience and kindness went above and beyond. His sincere care and compassionate concern helped our family through a very difficult time.
Mario and Charles treat everyone like family, making sure that every detail and wish is met.
I can't say enough good things about them. They exemplify what excellant funeral care should be like.response / report this review
