Joy and Jeff are Perfect Team Leaders. Their staff was as awesome as they are. I am so glad my girlfriend recommended them as I have never dealt with this level of Professionalism in my life and I have purchased and sold many properties over the years All Over this Country. I was in California the whole time Both my purchases were happening, they handled everything. When I needed advice or another professional opinion they handled it for me. When I needed a professional contractor in any field including Insurance they got me someone. If I buy more property anywhere in Florida I am going back to them and hope they will have time for me because I am sure I am not the only EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Joy Carter and Jeff Booker are Rock Star Realtors. I highly recommend them for all your Florida real estate needs. Their professionalism, real estate knowledge, respect and courtesy make them head and shoulder above the rest. I just closed on my dream condo. Without their vast knowledge of closing details and understanding of the market, my bid would probably not have been accepted. They also helped with expediting my condo interview as well. Furthermore, have information on moving companies and contractors, etc., to make this process smooth from beginning to end.

Joy and Jeff were great to work with. Joy was referred to me through a family member and in return I felt like Joy & Jeff treated me like family. They made it very easy for me to conduct business from out of state, as I was selling my mothers’ condo for her. The Great Florida Home team far surpasses the expectations of a great real estate team. They are by far the best I have ever seen. Joy Carter and GFH sold us our dream home in Coral Springs. So when an unexpected corporate relocation was moving us out of state there was no question who we wanted to represent us. Joy was incredible in her local market analysis. Thorough, realistic and confident. Her level of communication with her clients is guaranteed to put you at ease. She explains each step of the process up front (and this was a complicated one given the extra layer of the relocation company) but Joy made it a point to partner with them so that we had no surprises throughout.
Tara did an amazing job in marketing our property leading up to our open house on social media and other real estate channels. We had more than 50 groups come through in a single day with a clear schedule for follow ups the next two days. She provided specific feedback and level set expectations.
Finally, Jeff did all of our negotiations. He communicated with all agents and presented us with our top offers. He advised us and guided us through where we could hold tight and where to negotiate. We ended up with an offer $20K over our asking price!
This team are true professionals in every aspect. It is clear that they take such pride in their work and are the most knowledgeable in the business. They even helped educate us as we purchased our new home in NC when our local realtor failed to. They are bar none the best there is and a real estate resource for life.
