Called company for 5 days because of service needed. Chair is inoperable! No responses after leaving several messages. They will call if there’s a payment issue but will not answer if service is needed for the chair. Do NOT recommend!

Needed a stair lift in a relative hurry. They were able to make it fit in a narrow space. Wasn’t home when it was installed, but the person who was said the installer worked fast and was very nice. He even took a video so had an idea of what to expect when I got released from rehab. I’ve been home for about 3 weeks now. So far, so great!

This past Thursday PA Stairlifts installed 2 stairlifts in my house. Today, 4 days later, one of the stairlifts stopped working. I tried getting PA Stairlifts to repair it but was unsuccessful. I spoke with the receptionist several times but she failed to get a technician to come to the house, failed to call me to let me know if a technician would come the next day even though I had told her that without the stairlift my wife could not get to the bedroom. The good news is that I called the manufacturer, Bruno, who in turn contacted another company and within 2 hours a technician was here and fixed the problem. I am grateful to Bruno for making the arrangements for another company to come. I strongly recommend not using a company for installation that will not come to service the stairlift when broken.

This company handled our needs with courteous, friendly and professional customer service. Brian was quick to get back to me and set up an appointment. My chair lifts were installed professionally by Steve. They were done neatly, quickly and perfectly. Lauren set up my appointment and called me again to remind me. I was not expecting this type of service to go so smoothly but this company knows exactly how to handle customers who have special needs. We were very fortunate to have selected this company and would recommend them to any customers who need this service.
