On top of having delicious food, the couple who run this sub shop are the sweetest folks you could receive customer service from. We are from NC and stumbled upon this place by accident. Amazing, welcoming sub shop. The rating is on point. Highly recommended!

Outstanding customer service!!!!! The lady was very attentive and responsive to any questions I had which led me to try her homemade chicken mandarin(indian style) and for my sweet tooth, the baklava which was sooo good. I will definitely be returning!

My wife and I had been looking for a good sub shop and we found a great one. The food is prepared with love and care. The lady who runs it is one of the nicest people we have met. We are our subs and had a great conversation with her. The baklava was some of the best I have had.

Great service, very friendly, welcomed broke your all the way inside! Daily $4.99 special, great soup selection, hardy portions. I had the chicken salad with almonds, it was very filling & delicious. Owner happily let me use the WiFi for an hour to do homework. She happily told me to come back anytime. I'll be returning for sure!

The owners are very proud of their shop, and for great reason! Their service is incredible, and the cuban I got was just amazing! Hard to see why Subway or Jimmy John's even get business.

It was almost time for Sugar Hill Subs to close and the lady who works there still treated us like we were her first customers of the day. The service was excellent and the food was excellent. She even offered us to still sit and eat, however we took it home to enjoy the goodness. If you want excellent service with excellent food come hereWonderful experience and it was our first time. Now we will be lifetime customers!
