As someone who used to work here, there are so many things wrong. The first thing is that no old food is really disposed of just redated and kept on the shelf. The management doesn't care about the service, and I wouldn't be surprised if the cooks fail to use gloves still. The portions are small and over priced, and health code is never followed I stay away from all stores

Food was whatever but our server was absolutely the most beautiful woman i have ever seen will definitely go back but ill try something else off the menu next time hopefully ill get the same server

The wings are soooo yummy! (and the fact that they'll still make me my beloved ranchereaux wings, even though they're no longer on the menu? Loooove! (speaking of menu It's got a lot of new, amazing sounding dishes, as well as the classics.) I'm a big fan!

I have food allergies. My waitress, a second waitress, and the cook did not understand my questions about "shared prep space". They kept insisting that any dish with my allergen could be prepared without the allergens, which does not provide the peace of mind or confidence necessary for me to be able to enjoy eating. I ended up leaving after three people failed to give me any kind of answer. However, their bar is great.

I really wanted to like this place. I was looking for a great burger. Friends had a 4 star which was the highest in my area for a burger. I ordered the chicken nachos supreme for an appetizer & was shocked when this little basket of chicken pieces was brought. Barely any lettuce or tomatos & the handful of chips were covered in white cheese making them almost invisible. When the small burgers came, I knew we were in the wrong place for a good burger. Even with the small portions, I was hoping for something that tastes awesome ( to explain the prices). I did not get that either. It was edible. That's all I can say. Dairy Queen had a better hamburger with more juicy goodness. The whole experience was lackluster.

Go for The Knickerbocker! We ate here on May 17th for the first time and the food and service were both excellent. The atmosphere is good, as well as the beer selection (mixed drinks are available) but you have to try The Knickerbocker Tavern Philly! Hot ham, turkey and roast beef, all mixed together with cheese, onions and a great sauce. Loved it and we will be back.

Service, food, and atmosphere is outstanding! I had the Blue Plate Special: meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, bacon mac, fire corn, and toast. It was incredible! We will definitely be back! Thank you Danielle B. For an awesome experience!

I think this may have been our last time here. We've been coming since they opened, but the service and food quality has been declining rapidly the last year or so. The loud and creepy bar flies are another reason to stay away.
