Come on folks, you’re literally getting a plate of rice and 10 wings for $10. It’s not gonna be gourmet. The service is regular. The food is regular. 2.5-3.0 stars

FIRST and LAST visit. I placed an order over the phone before picking up.. Rude over the phone and in person with no sense of customer service very unfriendly. Ordered hot and lemon pepper wings with shrimp fried rice. The rice was the only "half-way" decent part of the meal. The wings were VERY undercooked and mushy. They also had various abnormal attachments that made them look anything like the normal wings i'm used to enjoying from places like American deli, etc. The wings were horrible all together but the lemon pepper wings were the worse. They had a weird funky taste and smell to them. I do NOT recommend this place. Not worth the $10.00.

First time ever going to this J Buffalo locationand I will not go back. I ordered half lemon pepper, half hot bbq with fries. Got home, started eating and realized the lemon pepper wings tasted terrible. I called to tell the tall Asian guy who took my order that I would like to bring the wings back and get my money back because I lost my appetite from eating burnt tasting wings. *He argued back and forth with me saying how we can make another order, I've changed my story from it either being old grease or bad sauce and how I came into his restaurant ordered food, went home and ate and decided that the food tasted bad. And that he couldn't do anythin about the wings if they weren't physically burnt.* Made no sense to me. He said he was the manager after I asked to speak to one, I let him know that as a paying customer, a manager should do everythin possibly to keep that customer happy. After 5 minutes of arguing, he said okay just come back and get your money. I will never in life recommend this J Buffalo to anyone I know. Hate I had to even give it one star.

I had the fish, wings, and shrimp combo with hush puppies, celery and carrots. This was my first experience with the restaurant, and unfortunately my last because everything lacked seasoning. Imagine a chef preparing all the things you like to eat, but forgets to season your food.
The fish was small, they gave me one celery and one carrot, the hush puppies were rubbery, over cooked and greasy on the inside, and the wings were more like chicken nubs that sat in imitation lemon pepper dressing too long. The amount of fries were good, but again were bland.
The one highlight was the customer service. Overall, nice service, horrible food.response / report this review -

Huge menu with everything from hot wings 2 euros and even fried rice. You can mix and match sides with entrees and the portion sizes are very large. Their wings are unmatched by any other chain restaurant as far as I'm concerned

Took 45 mins to get our food. We Watched 9 other groups off customers come and go after we placed our order and still no food and the cashier was oblivious even though we asked her more than once what the hold up was. We finally got our food but no apologies or anything else to show this isn't normal business practices. Not a place i would recommend

DONT WASTE A TRIP they close pretty much whenever they feel like it. Staff is terribly rude and the tables are always sticky and dirty. Very expensive for the quality. There's better in the area.

Be careful of this location! Their prices are much higher than other locations! Ridicules if you ask me! Also, do not pay over the phone, because if you cancel you order the only way you can get you refund is only if you drive over there!!!

To me this place does not deserve a star. There's a tall young Asian guy who works there, and he went back and forth with me about my order. I placed my order with him, and then doubled checked to make sure if it was correct. I had to send my order back three times until it right. Everyone makes mistakes, but to argue with me and yell was completely uncalled for.
