I highly recommend you to stay a studio 6 on 406 E Palace Pkwy in Grand Prairie Texas.. Angel is a very friendly person and with make your stay great.. She was very friendly to my family when they came in town to visit me.. Family ready enjoyed their stay.. My mother said when i came to visit.. Rent my room here . Thank Angel for your great sevices amiga..

Spent 4 weeks there and was very satisfied with my stay. Quiet, even on the weekends when the Cowboys were in town. Very reasonable rates. As a contractor who travels it is a pleasure to find such a jem. Thank you Angel for your wonderful hospitality

I've been to a lot of motels in my travels I've never stayed at one that was so friendly Angel is the best they took care of me well the whole time that I was there I would highly recommend this Studio 6 to anyone in travels in need of a great place to stay the rooms are extremely clean the staff is extremely friendly and they'll help you out whenever you're in need what a wonderful place to be my company relocated me with a new job and I had to leave town if I'm ever back in Grand Prairie I will definitely stay here at the Studio 6 on Palace Parkway

As a commoner and local I rate this place as one of the best I have been afforded to stay in. The staff welcomes you with the utmost professionalism by handling its customers with such grace and gratitude. The environment from my experience is family friendly and has a homely resonance. Furthermore, the rates I believe are generously fair. So if you happen to visit this area I would recommend this be the first place you check into

This motel is low income based.Bets sleeping in vehicle barely.We saw a Extension cord used from second floor to keep freezer in a truck running. Our Bed is almost on the floor. Smoke smell still lingers on.

Have stayed here for quite sometime and have totally enjoyed myself. The staff is always there to try and make your stay better. They keep the facilities neat and orderly. They are always looking for ways to make you feel like you're at home. If I've ever had a problem they were right there to take care of it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an extended stay hotel.

A EARTH FRIENDLY ROOM:
A perfect green view of a wall of bushes, gorgeous stylish hookers next door, crack- heads in nice rides selling drugs, pot-heads smoking pot bumping their awsome speakers at 3:00am, cockroches dancing under your pillow to the music, wonderful dirt floors because the dirt looks better inside than out, spring poking your butt when you sit to get spring in your step, a beautiful tv that has a never ending back on it with a non-working remote to save batteries. Uncomfortable environment, the BE ONLY PERK IS guy that works at night HE IS so Nice, The women in the DAY-LETS JUST SAY I WILL NEVER RENT A ROOM THERE AGAIN.

Stayed here a couple times. The rooms are not so bad and it's pretty peaceful around. First time our room was very dusty and second time we had trouble getting clean towels because they were very low on supplies. If I had to go back I would but It's not my first choice because it's too far and from other places to shop at.

The beds were hard and the booking is confusing. Instead of a Double Bed meaning 2 beds, it means one bed that sleeps two. Also, the bed was a full size. They do not want to refund on the room once you find that you don't want it.

I have been staying at motel 6 off and on for the last few months and was very happy. You know the saying clean comfortable room good price. That was until I stayed at this one. To begin with over priced then get to the room noticed it needed up dating pretty bad but still figured it would still be ok clean. Nope there was stains on the bed linens,shower curtain was also stained.toilet seat cover was missing and went to shave and no hot water in sink. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this motel 6

I recently stayed there for about 3 weeks while working in the area and for the most part, it was a pleasant experience, aside from the enormous amount of noisy children that resided there with their parents. I stayed in the front rooms where most overnight guests were. I had checked out for a few days to travel home and returned around New Years to prepare to work again. None of the usual front rooms were available so they offered me a room way in the back were the long-term guests were staying. I was very hesitant, because it is a pretty trashy element that keeps those rooms occupied. When I got to the room, I was totally stunned at home shockingly filthy the room was. The floors were stained with God only knows what and the kitchen looked something out of a third world country. The microwave was totally rusted inside and unusable, the cabinets were sticky and covered in years of unwashed grime. Under the sink would make your stomach turn and the stove top mini-range was so full of bits of food and even a dead roach. I complained to the front desk and they did nothing to resolve it. The manager said it was plenty clean but a "Mexican" family has resided there for a year and left it dirty. I asked how could a room that dirty be rented out without a proper scrub down? They made excuse after excuse, but offered me no good reason or resolve. My advice, the front rooms are ok, NEVER EVER stay in the back rooms. Also, there are 30 or so small kids that live there and the noise they make while running amuck on the property is at times unbearable.

Management is great, but rooms look nothing like the pictures. Neighbors are great. Really friendly and mantanence came quickly to fix issues reported.
