No hot water. Looks and acts like an upgraded crack hotel. Will never come back. Can't believe choice hotels passed this place as a quality inn. Clerk would not allow me in to get coffee for early flight. Actually wanted the plastic key back before he would give me a receipt..

3 star..breakfast was ok, eggs were nasty and so was the meat. It was noisy because of the highway next to it and the train depot which trains went off all night long. Surprisingly the bed was very comfortable and did not wake up with a neck or back ache at all which was very surprising for many of places I've stayed ranging from 2 Star to five star and always had a neck or back issue. Not very many stations to watch. The hotel was Centrally located too many places and convenient to get on the freeway which was great for the fact of everywhere I wanted to go was 15 minutes or less away. Staff was very nice.

There’s little quality at the Quality Inn. The motel is dirty and dingy. The desks and counters are barely wiped down. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to drag your luggages up and down stairs.

The bed covers are filthy and have holes in them. Why have them at all?

The shower pressure is decent, but that’s about the only good thing going for this place.

It is in a quiet area. That’s a necessity because you can hear everything outside.

This hotel stay wasn't fantastic, but it got the job done. You get what you pay for. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was awesome (nice pressure, newer shower head). The issues were that the room was a little small, and cramped with furniture (desk, wardrobe). But there was a fridge and microwave so that's great.

My one problem was that the room felt damp the blankets, towels, everything just seemed like we were in an old basement or something. But we left the door open for awhile and aired it out - after that it was okay.

    Overall nice stay.

This hotel should be removed from the Choice hotel line. The hotel is old, dirty, outdated and the staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. The clerk at the desk was rude, unprofessional and my overall stay was really bad. Check out time was at 11am, and at 11:01am they were knocking on my door. I called for an extension and was rudely told "I can give you 30 minutes, but that's all". As a Gold Member of choice hotels, this type of response is unacceptable. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a hotel. The rooms were so small you could barely walk through them. We killed a huge water bug in the bathroom. Don't go here, unless you have no other choice.

Great little motel for the price but there were just a couple of issues. 1. the pool was closed even though we specifically asked if it would be open.
    2. There was no shuttle to Six Flag as indicated on their website. The hotel explained that shuttle only runs during regular season of park..?? other than that the staff were great, breakfast was good and room was clean.

I see people posting the rooms are clean, i always bring my own blankets so i pulled the mattress away from the wall to put my blanket over the sheets and on the bedskirt that laid over the box spring was full of a lot of dirt and all different types of hair, so disgusting! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone that cares about cleanliness!! I personally should have spent the money to stay at a hotel that would have been cleaner. Never Again!

It was not a nice experience. The rooms are tiny and cramped, The internet does not work most of the time. Police were arresting someone one morning. A man got robbed one day. They did not even clean the bathroom just put in towels. We had to go every day for them to program the key to get back in the room. They said it had been renovated but we saw no sign of that .
We will never stay here again

It was an adequate room. Closer to the stadium than others, ok breakfast, I was told no smoking in my room then saw a cigarette burn on the comforter. The bed was comfy enough with good pillows and all but exterior looked a little dirty and the room looked very dated. It is exactly what you'd expect from a motel but next time I might spend the 50 extra for holiday inn or the like but still not bad.

The room was tiny. Beds OK, a/c cool. Although we did not go there to watch TV, it would have helped to have a bit better picture. We left towels hanging so they would not need to be washed (per the card left in all rooms), but the cleaning people would always take them and replace them, in the meanwhile 2 hand towels we had purposely left on the floor ended up being there for 2 days until we left. Breakfast was OK, their business center aka computer area had a prehistoric desktop with an even older printer that did not work, so I had to go to Office Depot to print something I needed. The hotel could maybe spend another $300 on a basic new desktop and another $150 for a new printer. Location wise, it is easy access to the highway but other than that in the middle of nowhere. IF you need anything, it is a couple of miles until Walmart, which is the closest store. OF you are coming for Six Flags or to watch football and baseball, then this works, as it is only about a mile-2 miles from these venues.

Firstly this place is decieving. Pictures show a clean pool yet from my trip a few weeks ago it was dirty, had garbage in it and was obviously not accessible to guests. The rooms are rather small and it had weird smells. To make matters worst, since I booked with a group and had different arrival dates they issued keys to my room to new guests while I still occupied the room. So pretty much had several peoole open my door to my room. Front desk personnels were decent tried their best but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They have staff that are not knowledgeable of handling re-renting room for another night. Calls you at almost 11pm To sign paper for your vehicle when your in bed. Communication between all staff is poor. I will never recommend this hotel nor stay here again for the service I received today. Refunded money for additional stay that will take 3 business days to refund.

The young woman at the front desk was polite. The pool was slime green which was indicative of the upkeep of the property. The room was cramped and smelled foul. There was hair on the bed, the linens were itchy and the bathroom was old. My sisters room had a used cup with pink lipstick on the desk, the housekeeping is way below standards. Avoid saving money and book a cleaner and safer property. We checked in and checked out 30 minutes later.

Our experience with the hotel was very good. However, I paid with a school check, which was $192 more than I owed. I was told I would receive a receipt for my fourth room and a reimbursement check soon. That was February 19. I have not received either, and it is now April 10. I have attempted to call to speak to a manager 4 times recently and was told the manager was unavailable. I have left my number and have not received a return call. I'm not sure where this is heading, but I will get to the bottom of this if I have to go to the hotel or call corporate.

The service was great. The clerk gave us trolly passes so we didn't have to pay to park at 6 flags. I wish we would have known about this though because it was just because the clerk was friendly that we got to talk about it going to 6 flags. We stayed 3 nights and no matter what time we went to breakfast there was a back up at the waffle maker. That needs to be moved to a different location so people waiting aren't blocking others trying to get cereal, muffins, etc. The swimming pool although not open yet was an eye sore with things floating in it. That should be covered during off months. The room was clean. The door didn't shut flush so I was worried it could be pushed open but it did lock. Air conditioner made a horrible rattling sound so we couldn't use it the 3rd night.
