Worked well for us has a real kitchen and allot of dog walking areas. Pleanty of casual dinning and grocery stores within walking distance. Would not recommend for romance or fun but was nice and quiet for us to catch up on sleep. Could be a little cleaner.

The five stars is for the staff. Everyone we encountered gave us a smile and asked how we were doing. It is a small thing but, for me it goes a long way. The rooms are adequate for what you pay for and the kitchenette is extremely useful when trying to save a few extra bucks. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Seattle area for more than just a few days.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are most adequate, very clean and tidy. I would recommend this Motel to anyone. Mind you the price is a little bit more than what a person might pay at your average Motel. But the quality and service is definitely worth it. Studio 6 will always get my business, how about yours?.

Making reservation was easy. Room was clean as always. Maid service courteous and efficient as always. Checkout easy. Safe place for a single woman. TV and internet worked. Its a fine place to stay while shopping or doing other business in Seattle area.

When i checked in I gave the front desk my license plate number and make and model of my vehicle. Ive been staying here for 3 days now and every time I come in late at night there's no parking left. One evening or early morning (I work swing shift) I parked alongside the curb as there was no place else to park. There are vehicles in the lot that never move. I wake up to find my van has been towed! There are NO signs stating no parking where i was parked. No tow signs properly posted at either entrance or anywhere visible in the parking lot. Why the manager who had my car towed wouldn't call me call my room or attempt to contact me to move my vehicle is my question. He waited till eleven o'clock am to tow it and if he would have called me or my room and told me to move it by that time there was a parking spot, I was just getting up but would have been happy to move my vehicle had I known it was an issue . instead the manager had it towed not to the nearest lot but to Everett a whole different city. I had to call a cab and spend over 300 dollars to get my van back.. I called to speak with someone and ask where my vehicle was towed to and they were rude and told me to refer to the tow signs.I had to walk to another parking lot completely before I found a tow sign. And when inasked the name of the man on the phone he said it was "corporate" and I asked for a number for the corporate office and was disconnected . I'm furious and and disputing the tow validity in court and would like studio 6 to pay my impound fees my cab fees and I would also like a refund on the last 3 days I paid to stay here and a complimentary room for a week. That is what I'm asking for in court.

Everything was great! You are so lucky to have such a hard working group of people! Allie was awesome! Always happy and helpful 😃 The Little coffee pot leaked but, everything else was perfect! Hoping to be back for a visit next year!

The rooms are a good size; however, maintenance seems to be an issue. When I arrived in the room the first thing I noticed was 2 pieces of the towel rack laid out across the vanity area next to the sink.

When I went to check out at the end of my trip I was surprised to see that the office wasn't open until the time I was supposed to check out by. That sends a very mixed message about the possibility of accidentally being charged for another day because guests did not check out on time. If anything open the office 2 hours before the listed check out time for guests. Even if there is a key drop slot; opening the office is a better option

We depend on Studio 6 for overnight stays on Seattle arrival and departure of a mobility challenged guest. The handicapped accessible two-bedroom rooms are perfect for us and we book annually. Always clean, courteous, quiet, we appreciate the microwave, stove top and fridge, it's a great location for our needs, too. But this year we found on arrival that the room reserved on our request, about 2 months prior was not handicapped accessible as we requested and needed, for either night's stay. The young gentleman who checked us in did manage to get us into the right sort of room for that first night, but could not fix our other reservation. I had to call back the next day to get the second reservation corrected. It was corrected courteously once I got someone on the line who could do it. We will be happy to use Studio 6 in future.

We stayed at Studio 6 from June 8 - 11, 2017 while attending the Blue Jay/Mariners ball games. Check in was easy and fairly quick. Rooms were clean and tidy. Nothing fancy but served the purpose. Bed was very comfortable!! We were a little surprised there was no hair dryer so had to run out one morning to purchase one. Very impressed at how quiet it was!!!! Would stay there again.

Was met with a positive friendly person at Check in. Sharaine was amazing, she answered all of my questions with a smile and was quick and efficient getting me set up with my room. She also was able to make recommendations for food delivery and places to head out to. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

I had a wonderful time at Studio 6. I originally wanted a one bed but because I needed a early check in, I got a double bed. The room was so big. I loved it. The front desk clerk with the blue hair was extremely sweet. I will be back.

This studio 6 is absolutely amazing. The rooms are very suspicious and the staff is so friendly. The girl at the front desk with blue in her hair was such a cute and sweet little thing. She made me feel welcome the minute I walked through the door

I want to commend all the staff at the MLT Studio 6 Extended
Stay. Everyone works incredibly hard and is incredibly friendly and kind. A really good team! Thank you for your choice of employees. I have stayed at this hotel 2 previous times and felt everyone worked very hard. But this time was my favorite because of the team you have now. Please commend them for me. It is a huge property and they work non-stop with extreme kindness.

The room was clean and well stocked. When we were not able to get heat the management readily got us into another room. The kitchenette was well appointed.The bath, no shampoo so be prepared.
there is a Thriftway Market a short walk away and several reasonable restaurants.
Not knowing the area and needing to be close to the city the price was reasonable.
