My experience with Flacks flooring NOT GOOD! Very unprofessional installers, unprepared, poor English and I was in a position to manage and tell the installer what to do. On a Friday, near 8:00 pm I had to call and make the installer leave my client's house. Sales person Brooke also was unprofessional, and * KEPT AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!!! I am reporting them to the BBB(Best Business Bureau) * Think before using this company! They look nice, but will take advantage of you and NEVER give them your Credit card they will keep your information and will USE IT!

Cannot say enough good things about flacks! They have just installed our new LVP floors and our house looks STUNNING! Everything from picking out our flooring with the help of Phil (who was awesome) to the delivery and installation was smooth and easy. Their installation crew was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The office staff were all super helpful through every step of the process. I would use Flacks again for any future projects.

Bought carpet for the second floor of the home I just purchased. I went with a new carpet style that they had just started carrying in their store. Midway into the job the installer realized the carpet would not stretch properly and couldn't be used on the stairs we wanted done. I called the company and spoke to the owner who apologized for the inconveinance. He told me to come down and pick out any new carpet choice and even if it was a more expensive brand/style of carpet we could have it for the same price. I picked out a different brand and he had a team of installers there that week to remove the old carpet they originally partially installed and put down the new carpet. The job was done quickly and came out great. So nice to see a company do the right thing by their customers.

We went to Flacks because we were unimpressed with the selection and price at the big box stores. We went in and had the pleasure of meeting Brad, the owner. He made recommendations, helped us choose what we wanted and made up an estimate in a few minutes. The price was the very similar to the box stores but we got a much better quality carpet, under pad and vinyl plank flooring. He personally came to our home to measure the next day. On the day of install, the installers showed up on time, and Brad came by half way through to make sure everything was going well and I was happy. They did a great job and left everything clean.

Had a great experience buying a floor rug. Staff was friendly and helpful. Showroom is nice, clean, and very open. Prices were reasonable especially since the quality was good. We will be coming back for additional flooring needs.

After many quotes and searching for the right carpet, we found Flacks Flooring to be by far the most personal, professional and best quality of a deal. We can't thank Brandon enough for his genuine care in finding us the right carpet for our budget.
