I went there at Jan 2023, and they didnt even let me into the appartment to change my I-94 status. They told its on other conner (which is diffirent street, and they dont allow any antry before previously appointment which is impossible to do).

Commonly engages in fraud. For $$$ we can fix your incorrect label or your address doesn't exist but for $$$$ we can fix that this is fraud and those services are free.
    Call your state AG.

If this was my first time coming to the US going through customs I would be shocked. Only 4 customs agents working for hundreds of passengers arriving, the rest were standing around or went on a long bathroom break. They could care less if you have a connecting flight, a disgrace.

To my shock, after Vancouver port of entry had got my I-94 wrong, SF CBP deferred inspection actually gave me a clear simple way to fix it without going to any offices or mailing any forms. A simple email and the problem was promptly resolved. The smoothest experience with any part of US customs and immigration that I have had in my entire life.

They did refuse to help me with another issue at a different point, but I'm fairly sure that's due to a change in federal policy and I expected nothing to begin with.

Graded on a curve, SF CBP is pretty good.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called looking for guidance on a package that has been held in customs for 3 weeks. Wanted to see if there was something I could do to get it released. The employee was obviously disgruntled. Gave me the 3dr degree on how I go the phone number. She would not help and kept talking down to me. I asked her to please not talk to me like I was an ignorant child and she told me I don't respect her time and hung up on me. Wow! Government Agency. People like this should not be employed to assist others.
