Absolutely the nicest people that you will ever do business with! We just re-carpeted our entire home. Unfortunately, we hit a problem about 1/2 way through the job when the installer discovered that the carpet had a manufacturing flaw. The owner, Herb, worked with us to select a new carpet and offered a sizable discount for our troubles. The installer was also very particular and did a good job. Don't go anywhere else for your carpeting needs - best price, best service, and quality people are all here!

We got wall to wall carpet for our living room and stairs in addition to several area rugs for our other rooms with hardwood floors. Marco was our salesman and he was phenomenal. He could have not been more polite and patient. The owner was also there and gave us amazing deals. I would recommend Stouts to anyone who is looking for any sort of carpeting and ask for Marco!

Best Carpet store in East of Pittsburgh by far. I shopped around for Carpet in every place I can. Lowes, Home Depot, Larry Lint you name it. Stout's prices were by far the best and their quality was better than some of the more pricy carpeting I was quoted. They were ready to send their installer in a day or two and they let you use your own installer if you like. Everyone there friendly and honest in regards to their products. The owner called the day after my carpet was installed to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Wonderful family owned flooring store. Huge selection of many types of floor covering. Staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are hard to beat.

Great price, staff was helpful and friendly, and the installers were great! We paid a fraction of what we were quoted by a contractor to carpet 3 BR, a hallway, and the stairs. I am very happy with it!

My wife and I live in the Pittsburgh area and were unsure about businesses down here. We've heard good things about Stouts and decided to see if they would service this area.
They came all the way down here to install carpet in the basement and a secondary room in our house.
The jobs themselves, both separate instances, were done quickly and professionally. We were both kinda amazed at how long it took (not long at all) for our basement to be done.
Long story short; we're very happy with the results.
We will forever use Stouts when we need reliable, friendly and professional service. That and the fact that both times they worked WITH us, not against us.
I would highly recommend Stouts to anyone.

We are very satisfied with our purchase. The owner and his staff were extremely polite and pleasant and the pricing was lower than any of the other flooring companies in the area.
