had a really bad experience!
you have to pay to get your own design into their computer and then after the owner if he does not like the piece he wont do it for you.response / report this review -

Absolutely do not recommend for individual monogramming. I see from their description they do embroidery, but I saw a few reviews mentioning monogramming so I decided to give it a shot. However, there are only 2 designs offered and I have never had such an unpleasant experience as I did with the older gentleman in this store. After being yelled out for not being able to understand his questions over the 3 extremely loud machines 3 feet from the counter, I decided to take my items elsewhere to be monogrammed.

After putting the name and logo on the wrong side of my scrubs they replaced the scrubs for free. But when I asked for the old scrubs with my name, the owner refused. I said I did not feel comfortable with my name on scrubs I could not keep. When I insisted he took out a pair of scissors and cut the scrubs up in front of me while yelling at me. Not the kind of costumer service I deserve.
