Over priced grooming for minimal effort. Won't ever use or recommend again.

I'm stationed on Ft Stewart & been taking my pets here for about 2 years off and on. I was late 30min bringing them to get groomed. I normally call or the owner calls if I'm late to double check that I'm still coming however, this time neither of us did so. I show up the owner agreed to groom them but had the nastiest attitude and proceed to tell me how she'd never take them again if my being late happened again. I gave attitude back in my defense and that is when it became a problem for her. She tells me she wasn't going to groom them and walks off while babbling rude comments and yells from the back room to the clerk that she's doesn't care if I never bring the dogs back & how she's not grooming them. In life you treat people the way you want to be treated. I had every right to take up for myself and although I was wrong for being late as a business owner myself you don't treat people like they don't matter or have no significance to your business, you should always treat people/customers with dignity and respect it's the humane thing to do. Especially when loyal customers are the reason your business is profiting.

Literally the best groomers ever. I've never met a more friendly staff. They have been in the area longer than any other Pet Store. As personal as your pet is to your family, these ladies make you have complete Peace about leaving your pet with them.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I got my lab mix from them back in 2009. She was in one of the worst conditions I have ever seen a puppy in. She had almost no fur. The owners explanation "that's from playing with her litter mates" 😳 No. That was mange. Covered head to toe raw sore skin. I bought her for $100. I didn't even know if she was a boy or girl until after I payed for her. I took one look at her in that filthy disgusting cage she barely got in and said I want her. I didn't care what it was going to cost me or care to know about her health condition. I just wanted her out of there. She was so full of worms she was about to burst. "But she had been wormed twice" they told me. I'm very educated on dogs. I know when I'm being lied to and what a puppy requires as far as shot worming etc and at what age, that pups need more than one working to make sure they were gone. This place couldn't even tell me where they get there dogs from. "Oh we just have people that have dogs that have puppies and bring them to us" no. You run a puppy mill. I am disgusted that you are still in business. Everyone told me to bring "that ratty dog" back to where I got her from that she was "no good". I would have liked to still those people in that cage and give them every medical issue she had so they know how much pain and filth she experienced at such a young age of 10 weeks old. She will be 8 this year and I have Given this dog the best life possible so far because she deserves it. Support your local shelter. Not a puppy mill.

I got my 2 toy poodles sibblings bundle here for a grateful price. Healthy babies and such good dogs. Jayce and Bella are now pamper and loved. Great service and communication. Very nice humble people.
