  I called Monday Oct 30 to make an appointment I was given Nov 7 at 9 am which was the “earliest” appointment they could give me. Although They did not have the BC I wanted I went ahead & verbally confirmed that this was the date/time and promptly wrote it down & stored it in my phone calendar. Fast forward to Today (Day of the appointment) I came in approx 15 minutes early to ensure I would be seen on time pulled a number off the wall and was told to have a seat. After waiting for my number to be called I was called up to a window where I then had to loudly give my personal information (ie. Name address birthday and phone number insurance) which normally a drs office would have you write down so people don’t collect your info. I was then told to have a seat and wait. When a second woman told me to come to a window and proceeded to tell me that my appointment was for the previous day (Nov 6) and they couldn’t see me today and I couldn’t be seen again until the 1st and I asked again and she said no I meant the 23 Now here’s where I get lost why did it take an hour+ & two separate people to tell me that I missed my supposed appointment??? I should have been notified immediately. I received no confirmation text,email, call nothing stating that I appointment was for the 6th. Then they have the nerve to ask me if I wanted a work excuse is your work excuse going to give me the money that I missed out on coming to this appointment or is it going to give me my prescription for the birth control I needed a week and a half ago? This place is completely unorganized and unprofessional in fact it’s a joke. Please do not go here if you take your health seriously because they obviously only show up for the check.
