I moved to Stephens county in 2014. I have had numerous opportunities to interact with the staff in this office, both in person, and by telephone. I have found the staff to be courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful on every occasion. I have had to interact with these folks for both routine and exception requests. In every case, they made every effort to assist me with out complaint or delay. This office is the best, by far, tag office I have ever had to interact with.

These people hate doing there job. They can not answer the phone and when they do, they put you on hold without letting you know to hold please. This is the 2nd day I try to get in touch with them. I'm 2 hours away and unable to just pull up there. Bad customer service, please upgrade to better employees. I been holding for 30 min. This is my 10th call today alone. They answer and put me back on hold, its as if they want me to hang up so they don't have to deal with another customer.
