Horrible Customer Service! As I walk through the door two cashier's are at each of their register without customers! They did Not Speak as I walked through the Door but I DID speak to them only a few minutes later My husband walked through the Door and he said that they did not acknowledge him as well but a White lady came in before him and they broke their neck speaking to Her!!!! It Doesn't Cost A Thing To Say Hi!!! Pitiful!!!!!!! I am on vacation and this is the Worst experience in Customer Service that we have had during Our trip!

Disappointng. I don't like to shop but sometimes you have to. Searched a large rack of pants on sale, tried several pair, selected 6 pair, carried them to the check out to pay, only to be told the sale price was 50% higher than the price indicated rack. Manager Ellen says sometimes customers put clothing in the wrong racks. Be alert for deceptive sales practices.

I didn't hate it here but, it was unremarkable. Parking is easy, the staff at this store was unavailable at best. However, there was good inventory and the check out was easy. It's an easy stop if you are looking for "something" and you only have 15 minutes to grab it. Prices are reasonable, selection was limited. All in all just ok, three stars.

I love Stein Mart. It is a very organized store and has good prices. I especially like the shoe department. The women's fashions has an excellent selection.It is one of my favorite places to shopalso they have a good selection of men's golf clothing.
