The pictures of the property always looks really nice. This property was not what I expected. I did not read the reviews on this. Usually the reviews help when I make my reservations. If you have a family I would not recommend this place. The first room that was assigned to me was very gross! It smelled and the AC did not work. My daughter in law had a suite. Her bed had stains and the chair in the room was very worn and old. She also found hair all over the bed. I always thought suites were really nice. Not at this property. If you don't want to be disappointed don't stay here. For those that are under 21 you are not allowed to book a room. I have more to say, but I am wasting my time. Just don't stay here. Find another place to stay.

This place should be called the Less Than Quality Inn. Even at the low rate of $69 a day if should have only been about $39. The first room I was given the air conditioner didn't work.The floors and the carpets in both rooms are dirty. The doors on both rooms look like they've been broken into more than once. There was very little water pressure in the shower. I will say the lady who checked me in was nice but overworked.

The one bedroom suite was roomy but it was pretty dirty. My 11 month old had blackened knees and feet from crawling around. The breakfast room was pretty small for the size of the hotel but the food was decent.

Very nice for the price and friendly staff. I recently had a bad experience with another Quality Inn due to their management. Quality Inns are a great place to stay if they have good people running them lile this one does.

I stayed at this hotel on a Friday night, and had to work Saturday. I came back Saturday morning to check back in. They had no rooms available, fair enough. I asked for my old room back since I was only out of it for 10 hours. She said due to their policies she couldn't do that. What she also couldn't do, is provide good customer service and ask housekeeping to clean that room real quick. I was disappointed with the lack of effort.

I was watching my granddaughters while mom went to work. Location is good. Rooms are clean. And service was excellent when the girls went to ask them for the key to the pool. When I went to tell her that the gate would not open, she was nice and came out to open it for us.

Customer service 1000% sucked we requested a downstairs room due a bad back and the front service guy acted like the punk N did not accommodate us.
When looking at the facility from the outside that place was looking pretty empty because they had a lot of Empty Empty parking spaces around the building/hotel, motel this was around 11:35pm on 05/14/2017

Room was filthy had to clean the tub myself just to take a shower cutting my finger in the process. Was charged $25 for the towel I used to clean the tub with because I got blood on it. Was charged $25 early check in fee(checked in around 1ish) and a $25 early check out fee because the room was so filthy and gross that I left after only being there for 4 hours . Staff exceedingly rude take my advice you'd be better off sleeping in a box in an alley somewhere that here

When we arrived we were greeted by a nice lady but after that all down hill. We get to put room and carpet has stains everywhere the small refrigerator was leaking water. I called the front desk and Patrick tells me there's nothing he can do . Then I said fine can you bring me extra linen and towels so I can clean up the water he said they didn't have anymore towels. We were six staying in the hotel and only had four towels so I had to use the four towels to clean up the water. And then go to Wal-Mart to buy towels for us to use. Next the phone in the room don't work everything on the room is outdated. Green curtains and green blankets with stains. I won't ever go back there and I don't recommend you go there .
