The first room wasn't ready when they sent us to it. Then it was dirty and had huge bed bugs. Second room much better but still a cheap room. Staff was courteous. Is now hitel galaxy. But for $48 a night tax included not bad.

Well the place is being remodeled but the management is completely lacking customer service and respect for the guests. I felt like I was staying at my mother in law's house, but without the meals.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! not even a minute after walking into the smelly room we saw a cockroach on the wall and 2 more on the bed frame. we literally walked up to the room and immediately walked right back down. when we told the lady at the desk what happened she closed the shades and refused a refund. she wouldn't even leave her desk to come to the window and talk to us. her only response was "it is cold outside so they have to come inside" they know about the problem but do nothing about it. do your self a favor and don't even bother with this AWFUL place.

Don't stay there it's disgusting they don't clean towels. though give you any reason not to return your deposit the customer service is terrible. spend the extra money and go somewhere else because your room will be cleaned thoroughly stains everywhere it's disgusting save your money go somewhere else

I booked this hotel and then read all your reviews scared the Heck out of me!!! I tried to cancel but the card had already been charged so we thoughtwhat the heck, lets give it a whirl. It does have it fair share of issues and could be cleaner. However, there no activities in the parking lot with drug deals or prostitutes.We stayed for a week and although our key never worked the staff were more than happy to come let us in. All the staff I came in contact with, Carlotta, Rich and Sharett to name a few, where very friendly and willing to help in any way they can, they had so many angry people. If you go there please keep in mind its not the staffs fault things don't work Its the owner neglecting the property. Would I stay there again. Yes I would!

TERRIBLE HOTEL.
When I arrived they said that they didn't have any rooms. After trying to call other hotels in their office for 20 minutes, they said "Oh look. We do have a room." They also charged me $136.99!! (I just looked online and it says their rages are supposed to be $34/night).
The bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was dirty, power outlet didn't work, broken tiles on the floor (no carpet), toilet looked it was burned with cigarettes, and place just uninviting. The owner (older white guy with white hair) was very creepy. Kept popping up near my room everytime I was going in. I was very uncomfortable.

They did not seem to know what they were doing. We got into the room at 4 or 5pm. Then the next morning around 10am, they came to the door and told us to get out. The guy who came to the door said our room was not paid and to pack up and get out now! He did not even ask if there was an issue or anything just told us to get out! I was freaking out because it had been booked and paid for us to stay a week online by a friend. So I called him and they guy said he would not talk to anyone on a cell phone. So he called the office. Finally they figured out the girl who booked the room had not faxed him a paper she was suppose to the day before. So it was their fault. But they didn't even offer a room or any compensation for our trouble. So I would not recommend this Extended Stay ever again or to anybody. Plus the rooms were little dated, dirty, and things were broken. But what do you expect I guess when the price was only 26 bucks a night! I guess with such a low price you don't get customer service. They need better employee training and write ups for treating customers like that!
