Great service. They went out of their way and over and beyond to help with my Spyder. I would recommend their service to anyone.

This is the WORST shop to have your bike serviced at. Not only does the owner not know what he is talking about, the service techs don't have a clue either. You might think that a local small shop may have decent customer service as well, well guess again. My wife went to pick up some parts for me for my birthday from them and was about run out of the store because the owner "had issues" with me and my bike from a few months prior (that itself is a long story). Not only that, they say they allow test rides but when you ask them what they have to ride, they just stare at you blankly and continue to run about completely ignore the fact you just asked them a question. So at all costs AVOID THIS DEALER! One last thing is that they do not know how to properly charge you for anything they do. They charged me 2 different prices 2 different times I had gone there for them to replace spark plugs. I know that you have different vendors but who wants to pay $4 dollars more a plug then you did the previous time. My best suggestion would be to go to the Yamaha motorcycle shop. Not only are they knowledgeable in parts and service, they are friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for their customer. That is what I look for in a small local motorcycle shop.
