They burned me for my fifty dollar deposit and closed my account without even so much as sending me and email or giving me a phone call. Said it was due to "inactive account", I had called them and asked if there were any penalties for an inactive account and was told "no". They didn't care at all.

The NMSECU website is often down. I have had many problems when trying to get a car loan approved. The person there said the computers weren't working. They don't seem to be as professional as other financial service companies in Santa Fe NM.

We found their website and was able to see their inventory. We drove down to their sale and the staff was very friendly. It was great to get a deal for a car below wholesale.
