  They don’t take customer service seriously at all. It seems like they are only in it for the money and are willing to hire any toxic, corrupt manager who is skilled at scamming renters out of their money. I do not recommend!

  If you are military, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They play games at the end of your contract because you are leaving to a new location and can't fight them. I went to JAG and they said there was no recourse. Texas is a landlord friendly state. They know that you are going to PCS and not have the ability to fight. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!

  My mom and I moved to LA from New York and happened to come across an apartment rental that we fell in love with! We quickly contacted Lafayette Parc Apartments managed by Starpoint Properties and moved in! The application process was quick and painless. We have been here for a few months now and absolutely love the place!

  I've had nothing but issues since I moved in to your Layfette apartments my neighbors just broke there lease to get out! I think it's robbery and wrong to charge someone 5000.00 to break a lease I understand you have to pay something but 5000.00 that is just wrong!!! I will never recommend anyone to rent from your properties!!! Thanks for ripping me off!!! And the only reason I put one star is because I had to they wouldn't post this if I didn't!
