  Matt Snyder is hands down the best to work with. Got me exactly what I wanted. He has helped me with 3 vehicles. Never will I venture to another person! Best of the Best!!

  I’ve always had a great experience at Conklin. From sales to the business office. However, unfortunately Conklin still has lost my business for good. Disappointed is an understatement to say the least. We had spent the afternoon looking for another third row vehicle after being told by the service department that it would be highly recommended to get rid of our third row vehicle (also purchased from them) due to more issues on the vehicle that would be extremely pricey (note: my car had been in service for about a week prior to this because of the electrical system that cost us a hefty bill). With that being said, we had two vehicles we were interested in so we let Bryce know we wanted the numbers for both vehicles, the other vehicle being at the Newton location. Bryce came back with numbers for just the vehicle on their lot & had mentioned that the pre owned manager refused to give us numbers on the other vehicle in Newton. My husband let Bryce know that it’s either give us numbers on the other one as well or we’ll take our business elsewhere so they eventually did. I decided on the vehicle in Newton, gave them the okay to send it through for financing and we went home. The following day I was told that we were all set & just needed me to come in to sign the paperwork, so I had planned to come in that evening after work. Hours later, Bryce had called me to let me know that the Newton location had sold the vehicle I had set to be financed to someone else that morning. My issue with the entire ordeal was the fact that Newton was told that the vehicle was sold but still went ahead & sold it from under us. And that right there was inconsiderate, regardless being the fact that someone from the hutch location had the vehicle sold. With that being said I decided to take my business elsewhere & found exactly what I was looking for. On a good note, Bryce was very helpful in every aspect, the service side of things were great & Jody made sure to keep my husband updated with any issues that came up regarding my car

  My salesman, Shawn, have everything ready to go when I got to the dealership. He took the time to come out and make sure my phone worked with my car infotainment system. He showed me how everything worked in the car and got me in and out quick with the finance department. I had absolutely no pressure working out the deal with them.
