Busy and long lines, like any DMV on a Saturday. But the lady at the picture counter today was so friendly and polite! I feel kind of like a dud that I was bracing myself for rudeness, but she was efficient and pleasant. Very impressed!

Rude, the guy with the beard kept looking at my wifes driver id while saying what a nice picture weird dude and i said to him why don't you look at my picture with a upset look on my face and i failed my road test on my very first turn,He knew what he was doing

Nice location, fast service, respectful staff. No information desk to answer basic questions or directions. Open space allows no privacy to personal information.

They have a mean examiner whose name is Mike!
This person made me hate driving, hate my life and made me feel loser and so disappointed!
Until now I failed three times with him I don't know what is his problem!
Every time he has a silly excuse to let me fail!
He doesn't ask clearly during the test I can't even understand his accent!
Another problem, that I have to wait a month to schedule a new test appointment!

The first time I visit here, staff was horrible, pissy attitude. Working efficiency was a joke, reminds me of the sloths in Zootopia.

Very organized & efficient. This place kills the old DMV image of poor service & long waits.

Update: Had to come back the next day, and the waiting time was over 2 hours! So, they still retain (some of) the old "waste your entire day" DMV reputation, at least sometimes.

Had my pix taken for drivers license. It was a great experience. Took a number and got called before I could sit down. Photo taker was kind and helpful. He put a flag on my card to show I was a veteran. I'm proud to be an American, a Pennsylvanian and a Piksburger.

2 for 2. I've had to go twice and both times the ladies were sweethearts to me. I suggest doing what you can online, especially license renewal. That way you can roll in with the camera card and be in and out.

Of course the place provides terrible service and is full of miserable associates; it's an agency of government. Why would one expect any better from governmental parasites and theives?
