Tiny store, yet staff doesn't have a clue of their inventory. Clueless as to what a file sorter or sorting strap is.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I don't know if I have ever been to a place that has such a lack of customer service and respect. I am speaking specifically about the printing center, which is awful. Here's some shining examples of what I have experienced with the copy center.
    1) Approached the desk to print a file. Employee was on her phone, didn't even acknowledge me. Finally, she glanced up and told me to wait for a moment while she finished something. As the line started to grow, she finally met me at the desk, but then encouraged me to go to their self-service machines to print my documents. I told her the machine rarely works for me and she reluctantly proceeded to print my documents.
    2) Employee directs me to the self-service machine. I pre-authorize my card and plug in my USB drive. It takes about 5 minutes to even load my documents. I try to print my files and the machine freezes up. I call over the employee and she says it must be my document that is the problem. I ask if she can print it and she goes through all the additional charges that I will pay for having her print it. I ask her why I am going to be charged more if their machine is what is malfunctioning. She tells me that's all she can do for me. So, I follow her back to the computer, and proceed to start printing. She prints everything except for one (free download) document that has the terms of use page included, showing that I have use of the document. She refuses to print the document after 15 min of trying to find her manager to ask. She then directs me to the self-service machine again and tells me I can print the file there without the problem of copyright. So, she tells me she can't print the document because of copyright and then directs me to a machine that I can print it anyway? Not to mention, that machine doesn't even work so I forget the last document and cut my losses.
    3) This time, employee doesn't even try to help me in person. Says she has printing projects in front of me and to leave my phone number and USB and she will call me with instructions for printing. Hmmm, no. So, this time I go to the business computers to see if I will have better luck with them. Turns out, these computers not only charge by the minute (this policy is clearly stated on the computers), but also charges extra by the page (something that is not stated). So, I plug in my USB, begin printing and a few pages in, the printer runs out of paper. All the employees are gathered in the copy area chatting and texting. I come to the desk, they just ignore me. Finally, I had to yell to get their attention and remind them that I'm being charged by the minute while they ignore me. They don't offer an apology or refund of the 5 minutes of my time and money they wasted.
    4) Final straw. Use the self-service machine because there is no one at the desk today. Format my document, go to print it, and it prints 25 pages completely wrong. I find an employee and tell her the problem. Her solution? To shred my documents and pay AGAIN to have her print them. She again said my document was the problem. So, $30 print job that is completely worthless.
Let me stress that this places cares nothing about your time or needs. They just want as much money from you as possible. They are rude, unprofessional, and the worst office supply store I have ever been to. I will never go back here again, which is a shame for them because I am a teacher and spend a lot on printing. I will be directing other teachers away from this nightmare as well. Go anywhere else, this place is THE WORST.

I will never again buy Electronics here again! I shop there all the time for office supplies and it's fine but I made the mistake of picking up a 3 terabyte hard drive while I was there. It took me about a week and a half to get time to get it installed, it ran three days and died. The next week I took it back to the store and they said oh no we only guarantee them for 14 days (which no one had told me I have been I believe 16 days). I said no you'll just have to work with the manufacturer. Any store that can't stand behind their product for more than 14 days does not deserve my business!!!!!!!

Trying to get some copies made. Don't tell the customer to wait. Especially when there is Walmart I can take my business elsewhere. I would understand if they were busy.
