Beautiful campus with everything you could ever ask for. I just wish I tried a little harder in high-school to be able to apply (:

A very comfortable place to visit with many open green areas, and red-tiled roof building. There are many interesting places to visit and check out. Each time I visit, I see a different aspects of the school.

Love walking through the historic buildings and water fountains. Soak in the greatness of all the brilliant minds who got their education in those buildings and the research that has happened/ is happening. Book shop has a great curated list of fiction and nonfiction books. Our teenagers love spending time old fashioned way - reading physical books.

Stanford University, officially Leland Stanford Junior University, is a private research university in Stanford, California. Stanford was founded in 1885 by Leland and Jane Stanford in memory of their only child, Leland Stanford Jr., who had died of typhoid fever at age 15 the previous year. Stanford is ranked among the best universities in the world by academic publications. It is also one of the top fundraising institutions in the country, becoming the first school to raise more than one billion dollars in a year.

Amazing structure and architecture. There is a visitor centre which provides the map of the campus. There is a guided tour at 11 am and 3 pm. Hoover tower gives a aerial view of the city and surrounding. Takes around 2-3 hours to cover the campus.

A dream for every high school student! One of the best school in the world. Indeed, have a breathtaking view! The tranquility within the campus is very suitable for a afternoon nap. Suggest tourist to visit the campus during the Summer or the School's open day, since during the summer there will be less traffic and School's open day provide you guys an opportunity to know more about the school.

Amazing university in the best location but I don't know why counselors and admission offices are not helpful at all specially medical school's. Stanford had better hire more experienced and knowledgeable counselor and and admission receptionists.

Massive school grounds with lots of historical buildings and edifices. Each one has its own amazing story. Love the wide expanse of greenery everywhere. It is like a small city in itself. Best place if you want your kid to excel and be the next Facebook-like app creator.

Beautiful campus with quite a few places to visit and sit. Golf cart tour was fun. I was able to navigate it pretty easily and joined a few of the events. Easy to acquire guest pass in the library. Campus seems very active.

Probably the best university I have ever seen. Though I am not a student of Stanford, I went there to meet someone and to visit the campus. My cousin in law has helped me a lot to learn the surroundings of campus. The campus is amazing. I walked almost everywhere, throughout the day. Sculpture garden, Hoover tower, museum, water fountain etc all are awesome.
