The quality of the upkeep here is starting to slip bad. There are no flower containers available so far this Memorial Day weekend. People are taking other family's containers and using them. Sad. The Catholic Church needs to do a better job maintaining their cemeteries.

I'm able to see my son and watch the planes fly over thinking of when I flew kites as a child and when I phone with him rest in peace Junior I always always. I called and was able to speak with a very knowledgeable woman. She was able to provide a grave location. I drove there with this info in hand.

Upon my arrival, I learned that there were almost no section markings and there was no order to the sections or blocks as they are called. There also appears to be 2 section 21’s. That abuts to section 12 marked only with hand written yard sticks. The kind one uses to mark for snow plows. The rows are not even so it It is very difficult to find a row. Let alone a plot. While there searching for my family, I uncovered headstones that were completely buried in dirt and grass, at least 2 inches under soil. ( none mine). I hope their families are now able to find them.

I left saddened and angered by this cemetery. People paid money to be buried there, it should be kept much better. No maps, no guide, no anything to assist. Just uneven, unmarked rows with sunken and buried headstones.

Very old cemetery with a rich history. However run down in many parts. You can find the sections, but some of those markers are damaged or missing and the rows are not marked so even if you know where the grave is it can be difficult to find the marker. I was searching for two old graves of my great-grandparents and we knew the area where to look only the markers were either missing or have sunk so deep there was no way to find them with the overgrown grass and ground. I was hoping they would have been better maintained. I contacted the Catholic cemeteries office if they can find the markers and they told me they charge a fee of $35.00 per marker. Too expensive for me. I was hoping they would do this for no charge like other cemeteries.
