I'm just here for outpatient labs since I cannot get to a lab during business hours since I work full time. I cannot believe that I'm the only one in the waiting room and am being made to wait this long!
The er was very fast and they did a very good job. Its possible we had good timing but overall I would say it was a good experience.
St Luke's has been a home town hospital for ever in maumee. The CV icu rules are so 1960. Family has surgery and u can't seem them for 24 hours and the following day you can only see them for 1 hour. The data used to make this recommendation is not based on real scientific data. I totally understand not wanting to many people asking questions however banning loved ones from being with family member for 24 hours than only 1 hour. Would love to see what data supports this! The nurse manager was kind enough to let my mom in however reality is when someone wakes up from surgery wouldn't they want to see family at their sidewe even tried to ask one person back during visiting hours and answer was no for no reason!!! What about the family @StLukes who pays attention to them ? So disappointed
Had orthopedic surgery for a complete joint replacement. All staff, from the pre surgery registration thru the discharge after staying over night, were pleasant and professional. Food was better than most hospital food and was always hot when served. I have no complaints and would recommend.
Poor poor service. Waited 5 hours to be seen after being pushed back 4 times. But to keep being told I was next. Rude receptiin desk. On top of a 5 hour wait they decided to close down half the ER because they were understaffed. Horrible experience
UGHWorst Hospital in this area! We absolutely dislike going here in emergencies but since it's the closest we don't have a choice. This hospital needs to invest in their human capital on all levels because their front line staff are just terrible.
Good place to come in a minor emergency. I'm a little bit biased to toledo hospital.
I had to undergo surgery, after researching for the Surgeon the hospital she practiced at was St. Luke's. I had heard wonderful reviews regarding the surgeon. Upon going to the pre-surgery appointment and through to discharge I was very pleased with the facility. Every person I encountered greeted me with a smile as well as being friendly and professional. They made sure all my needs were met and that I was comfortable. I would recommend St. Luke's.
worst hospital experience I have ever encountered. Allowed my dads blood sugar to drop to dangerously low levels (into the 30"s) 2 days in a row despite me giving the nurses VERY CLEAR instructions. Left him doped up on adivan and no breakfast until 10:30am. No one ordered or monitored or assisted him to see if he ate. This was all in their step down ICU. I would hate to see what med surg is like. Never see the house Dr. Under staffed. Hospital room dirty. No attention to details, unprofessional staff. I wouldn't send my dog to St Lukes. Formal complaint will be filed.
