Here with my mother for an outpatient procedure. Hospital services for visitors seem to be done by mostly volunteers, since it is a non profit hospital. So far, she is getting prepped to go home and everything seems to have gone through smoothly.
Nursing/pumping mothers beware - there are NO good accomodations if you need to pump while waiting. I was directed to a restroom to use by a poor volunteer who didn't know where else to put me. Either take your kid with you to nurse, or find a way to do it before you get there or in your car. Sad, but this was my experience.response / report this review -

This place saved my life when I was born I wish I knew who the doctors were because I would go up there and thank them everyday for taking good care of me because of them I beat all odds that was predicted because back when I was born they didn’t have the technology they have today so I’m here today because of some special doctors that I wonder if they are working there today

Unhospitable, never anywhere to park unless you want to walk 4 blocks. And the staff, half of them cannot do their jobs correctly.

For two years no one could figure out what was wrong with me. I almost died three times. I was admitted here and within 6 hours they found out what the problem was.

I had both of my surgeries at St. Chuck's and I have to give props to the nursing staff on the Maternity floor and the 2nd floor when I had my gall bladder out. They have the best nursing staff out of any hospital that I have been to or worked at. They give just the right amount of attention, but not exceed to the point of not giving just the same to other patients. When I was able to get up and walk around (or allowed, with one surgery) I observed their routine, although some patients WERE a tad bit more needy than others with hitting that call button every 2 minutes or so, they got in and did what they had to do and got out. And E.R. visits were pretty much a problem free experience also. I haven't had to go in quite a while (thank goodness!) and my husband spent almost 2 weeks in the CCU and and step-down units 8 days of it on life support and the Doctors and nurses that cared for him performed nothing short of a miracle imo. They saved his life! So if you had a "bad experience" or think that you got "crappy care" there then maybe you should try another hospital or better yet take a good look in the mirror and ask yourself what didn't they do (since you have a medical degree and all) that you think that they should have done or given you. 🤔

Went to ER with open/bleeding head would, concussionnever cleaned or dressed the wound. Check in staff gave no concern that i was or may be a fall risk.

Went to the ER this afternoon with pneumonia and was treated quickly and kindly by all the staff that helped me. Very happy with the service!

I usually don't write reviews but I have to say this hospital is pretty great. The doctor and the nurses all were polite and had personality and more importantly they LISTENED. That seems to be the problem with every other hospital here lol..

I'm thankful to come to this hospital and they're actually understand me. They took care of me, they're caring, compassionate, considerate and respectful to me back in March of 2016. I love their food and drinks. They're deserve my 5 stars.

I'm from out of town and currently traveling through, I felt my daughter was seen quickly and felt thorough attention was given, Doctor, nurses and staff were all very friendly.

Went last night to E.R. with a torn calf muscle. Everyone from check to discharge was fun and thorough. Was in and out under 2 hours. Great care. Highly recommend
