  Took my stepdaughter shopping for a used car (spring 2017). Although the pricing seemed ok, the salesman's only interest was, "What would it take to get you to buy today?" which doesn't exactly seem customer centered although it is a regularly used sales tactic. I think high pressure sales tactics are unethical. She almost got suckered in. I won't shop at St. J.

  I can't say enough about Dan Macek and St J Auto! My first experience working with Dan and this dealership was awesome! Everyone from reception to finance to sales was super friendly and very attentive. Dan was very knowledgable regarding trucks and although I was contemplating a new truck- I really wanted a diesel but it just wasn't in the budget. Well low and behold, Dan set me up with an awesome used Sierra 2500 diesel that was in mint shape and right in my budget. After the sale he went the extra mile to make sure everything was to my satisfaction by sending me texts on his own time. It doesn't get much better than that! I highly recommend Dan and St J Auto if you're in the market for a great rig.

  Staff in the repairs department are very polite and helpful with explaining what needs to be done to fix your car. Prices are a little steep but knowledgeable mechanics make it worth it!

  My Curt 5th Wheel hitch purchased from an Ontario GM dealer was causing immense grief both hooking up and unhooking. Parts folk introduced me to service tech Mike who took the high head off cleaned it up and used a disc grinder to remove the offending burr which was causing the grief. Great job by Mike, great product support, no questions asked, no charges, just a commitment to remedy the problem!

  Went down to look at vehicles. Was just outside walking around and Matt comes out and asks if we needed help. Asked about a few trucks and he had us go inside look at a few prices and we went for a test drive. Came back the next day and we purchased the truck. Matt, Lisa and the manager were awesome to work with. Buying a vehicle is not for the faint of heart but well worth it in the end. Thanks St. Auto. You were great!

  I drove from southern NH to buy my truck from St J last year. I worked the deal over the phone and via email including a tentative trade appraisal contingent on actual inspection. The internet manager was fantastic. When I arrived at the dealership I was paired with Doug. We took a test-drive and finalized the transaction with relative ease. The terms of the sale were as agreed upon in my previous conversations with the internet manager. I'd buy from them again.

  I was told they were holding a vehicle for me and it was "sold to me pending my final inspection". I called twice and emailed them no one responded. Three hours later, I finally got ahold of them and they sold it to someone local. I was told 6 different times that I would get a follow up call and they always failed to get back with me. Terrible follow-up, no integrity. Dealerships like this are what gives car salesmen bad names.

  My purchase on another truck for my fleet was a smooth and simple process, including quick installation of my added accessories.

  My Husband and I can't say enough about the people at St. J's. They bent over backwards to get us into a car that we really liked. We will highly recommend them to all our friends. And anyone who wants to know where to go to get a vehicle.
  
  We went everywhere around our area and no one would work with us to get us in a payment that would work for us. Not even the one that we got our last vehicle with. That is why we went to St. Johnsbury and we are so glad that we did.
  
  A special thanks to Collin. We enjoyed working with him. And believe me I gave him a hard time because I know what I wanted and what my husband and I could afford and he made it happen.
