Never a bad meal. Always friendly service. Nice cozy environment.
My wife and I travel here every so often from Jackson just to eat here. Never had any bad experiences. The food is excellent (in my opinion, your tastes may be different.). We like to sit at the low tables (duaun I'm probably spelling that wrong) because if you have small children, as we do, then the kids have a little room to wiggle around and play instead of being stuck in a chair at a table. We really like the decor and find the whole atmosphere rather "cozy".
My favorite is the cauliflower and eggplant w/chicken. Wish I had some right now!
I love their speciality drink called Lavender. It's a lavender infused vodka martini. I am not a fan of most martinis but this one is awesome! Super yummy and refreshing
One of the BEST places to eat in Kalamazoo!! Featuring Middle Eastern cuisine with regional focuses on Iraq and Lebanon, this is the middle eastern food you always WANT to get, but never have found it. This isn't a run of the mill kabob shop. They make the highest quality food you can get with only fresh ingredients. Going here is always a pleasure and never have I had a subpar experience. This is a place everyone should try in the area! The menu, while different, is very approachable, and there is something for everyone. Taking friends and family here for the first time is a pleasure of mine as they always walk out with smiles on their faces! Try their hummus, falafel, and lamb shank. You won't be disappointed!!
Loved the food and the service. Our group decided to go for the Sunday buffet and it was delicious!
A good restaurant with really adorable food. The lunch menu is not very big but all the food is good.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Zooroona. The atmosphere was perfect. Our Server, D., was probably one of the the best servers we have had the pleasure of having, INCLUDING Disney servers who pride themselves on quality! He was friendly, quite knowledgeable, and willing to go get the one single answer to our questions he didn't know. He wasn't pushy either, but genuine and warm. The food, goodness, the food was amazing! We ordered a platter to share of assorted dishes, couldn't finish it. We didn't actually have any room for dessert, but we ordered it anyway. The Date Cake was awesome, I literally was scraping the plate clean. Excellent, highly recommended.
Very nice experience. Food was great. Tasted as good as the food I had during my visit to the Middle East.
Loved the food and the owner is nice friendly guy, chatted with me when I told him I was out of town.
Wonderful Meal at Zooroona! I attended a retirement party there, for a co-worker last night. My husband and I had never been there, so we decided to order the "Zooroona Tapas". It's a sampling of of 10 different dishes. The portion sizes were excellent for the two of us to share. We chose to have our waitress deliver the plates to us as they were prepared, instead of serving them all at once. That was really fun, because it kept the delicious surprises coming, every few minutes. Five of the dishes were considered vegetarian and several of those were brought out first. Hummus, Tabbouleh, Baba Ghannouj. Very flavorful and refreshing. The meat dishes were great also, lamb and beef kabobs, fried chicken, two kinds of shawermah. The food was very delicious. Friendly and attentive wait staff. The restaurant has an open spacious atmosphere. Soft blue lighting and beautiful hanging lamps. There's a romantic private little dining section, where you remove your shoes, sit on pillows at a low table, surrounded by long white drapes. Next time we go, we're sitting in there. :)
Went in for a quick bite during a conference. Food was good and serving size was ample. Want to busy as it was early afternoon. Happy with the experience.
BEST Arabic, or Lebanese cuisine restaurant in town. Everything is great. I take friends who visit from all over the world, and they all agree, this is the real deal. You won't be disappointed.
The dishes my husband and I tried were good. We got takeout. No complaints with the service everyone was nice. The food didn't blow us away tho. My husband loves almost all Mediterranean foods from various countries so I've tried a lot. I'd say the good was good-atmosphere was very nice. Go ahead and try it.
