The staff here are amazing! I'm one of those what you would call a crazy pet parent. My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and had to stay overnight. They were so wonderful with me calling and and just checking and giving me updates anytime I called. They always take wonderful care of my dog. Their understanding of not only what I'm going through but my need for her is amazing as well. Dr. Rock is fantastic!

Our cat Nia, became ill suddenly. I called knowing something was not right. The staff were able to get Nia in quickly. Everyone was so caring and loving to Nia. Instructions were given and medicine. Dr Rensberger is awesome. she called and explained everything! Thank you and your Team for always caring for our dog Hailey and cat Nia! No better place for your pet.

We've been with FPHC for a few years now. We love all the folks there but Dr Steph is the best!!! The new facility is great too. Very clean and up to date technology to make trips to the vet easier :)

The staff and veterinarians are kind, compassionate and great at what they do.
I have an FIV positive cat and on multiple occasions they have squeezed her in for check-ups on last minute notice. This week, I brought my cat in after she had stopped eating and had become lethargic. At the end of what I am sure was a long and hard day, Family Pet Health center staff were still cheerful, helpful and kind to a cat that, of course, does not take too kindly to shots. Within minutes of bringing the cat home I could see a positive difference.

Very friendly staff; super nice and caring. My cat got a flu or some virus but she didn't recover after over two weeks (I had taken her to another vet). She was in pain so I called them and they let me drop her off the next day. They ran blood tests and took x-rays per our agreement, but didn't find anything unusual; just some problems with her stool and bowel movement. They charged me for FeLV/FIV combo test but later on took it out because I did not agree on it. They scheduled a follow-up visit in two weeks and called the day before my appointment to confirm. Surprisingly, they did not charge me for the follow-up visit. All in all a very pleasant experience.
