  The office manager and her staff are TERRIBLE at the neurology office of St. Elizabeth in Crestview Hills.
  
  Let's talk about Renee and her staff. They are horrible. They don't care. They are rude, dismissive, and have no compassion.
  
  If you are a Disabled Veteran don't expect any assistance at all. They blow you off and send you to Central Mediacal Records. They are allowed to print one office visit report and any attachments to that that visit for you right then and there. The other offices at St. Elizabeth do this. I know this because I talked to Jaime and Pam at central records. Jaime and Pam are great by the way. When I told Renee this she said my information was not accurate and she would follow up with Jaime. Jaime is going to talk with later. Dealing with Renee is totally useless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You will get nowhere. She is not a patient advocate.
  
  I am a Disabled Veteran. I have started going to Cincinnati VA Medical Center and their satellite locations. It has been great. If you are a Veteran and can go to VA please do so and stay away from this office.
  
  I have never been treated so poorly as I have by Renee and her team.
  
  STAY AWAY.
