This theatre is becoming such a dump! With broken seats in every theatre and the restrooms smell like a sewer. We saw two movies there yesterday (only because it was bargain Tues) and we sat in broken seats in both of them. This place is not that old and should not be this run-down. It's in desperate need of a renovation. My suggestion go to Wilder Great Escapes or the new AMC at Newport on the Levee. Both have just gone through a huge renovation.

Always have a good experience when I go here. If you're an avid movie goer the 8.99 a month deal is killer. One free movie a month plus all other movies are only 8.99 it's a really killer deal to go with. Love going to see movies at this location.

Friends took me to the movies for Christmas, watched from the balcony with the extra special service. I enjoyed it and the service was great. Good movie, too.

They had lights on when the movie was being shown and those lights reflected of my glasses. The popcorn butter tasted more oily than like butter to me Nothing like out movie popcorn back home in Michigan. Went to see a 3D movie Genesis. Movie was great!

Just saw Medea's Boo. The movie was dubbed. The lips did not match the sound where they tried to change the curse words. I would understand if this was a regular television in the middle the afternoon but not when I paid the money for a movie ticket Is it just Florence or did The movie actually come out that way

I love going here but come on people, please ID for Rated R movies. Every single time I come here to watch a R rated film, people who are obviously not 17 come in and ruin it by talking and texting and such. Not even a guardian with them. Please be fixing this. I hate to be that person but I am just fed up with it now.

The service was AWFUL in the VIP section, the idea of it is really great. It has so much potential if the staff had an ounce of friendliness and care. We had one boy who was good at the job but anybody who was old enough to serve drinks was so rude. Asking for service was like pulling teeth. However the food was perfect. IF I go back it will be for the amazing brownie sundae.

Me and my husband come here all the time and will only sit upstairs in the 21 and over it is usually awesome food and great service. Today we went late in the afternoon our waitress was rude, the drinks were awful, and acted like asking for something was an inconvenience. They charge so much for tickets then you have to order food, they need people there who can deliver a great dining and movie experience. Probably will be awhile until we go back. Hopefully with time all the people who don't understand customer service will be gone.

Love the upstairs ! Over 21 and food and drink service. The food is very tasty and served hot. I was surprised at the quality in a movie theater. The wait staff is always cheery, and we have been there when it is packed. The mixed drinks were a bit high but they were drink specials for the movie. I would recommend paying the extra for the enhanced experience.

The over 21 option this theater has is the best idea. Great service and always clean. I don't go to the movies often but when I do this is the place to go.

This is a nice cinema overall EXCEPT FOR THE MOVIE VOLUME LEVEL. Requests to lower it so that patrons can enjoy the movie - not jump out of the seat when it starts, or have to cover ears, or endure it and end up with tinnitus afterwards - are ignored. NO LONGER ATTENDING THIS MOVIE THEATER.

I like coming here if I can use the VIP area buy not really as much if I can't. The seats are comfier at other theaters. But that VIP lounge us worth the extra money. I really like their nachos and loaded fries, and drinks are potent and not watered down like some other theater bars I've gone to.

I love this theater. It's never overly crowded when we go, there are plenty of kiosks in addition to the line to get tickets and the theaters are all the perfect size so that there really isn't a bad seat in the house unless you show up really late and have to sit in the front row, but that would be your own faultlol. We even had dinner here once and it was quite tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and elegance of the bistro and its offerings.
