Google maps took me to Whataburger instead of here. It is directly next to the Valero, parking in grungy but also behind. The back lot is across from the T-Mobile/ Best Buy plaza. The customer service that Kelly provides is top-notch. She has worked with me and my hectic schedule. The office and grounds are clean, simple, and relaxing. If there were 10 stars, they would deserve them all.

When the Polar Vortex hit College Station my elderly mom and dad's home was flooded and one ceiling crashed down in the breakfast area. We worked with Hayley and she found us a perfect one level 2 bedroom so my parents could step away from the house for the night. Hayley, like so many people during that terrible time had been dealing with the after effects as well. She would return my texts as our plans fluxed by the day. It became a little haven for my husband and I where I was able to binge on Netflix. Long exhausting days. But a cute little place to return to! Thank you so much Hayley!

If there were minus starts they would Be undeserving of -1000 stars! Haley Young who I paid a month in advance for a wonderful rentals left me and my children hanging while trying to visit my daughter at A&M. I had to make a decision to continue to drive to college station because I had already purchased the auburn tickets, or turn around since Haley cannot call me back. When she finally landed from her vacation there is some mistake with her phone and her daughters phone and she cannot give me a clear answer on how she miss booked the reservation and put two families in the room at once. Instead of coming down and calling me she would avoid me and make decisions on her own. She booked us in a place that was so far away from everything I told her no we did not want that but I did tell her everybody makes mistakes and if you agreed to refund my deposit plus the cost of one night I will pay the other night. Originally she was on the hook for both nights. Haley did not even call the other hotel, I had to to get her money and deposit back for her. What do I get from her thanks my deposit back but not my room for one night as she promised. Aggies don’t lie cheat or steal nor tolerate those that do so, so I am making it my life‘s mission for all of the Aggies to know what kind of Aggies Haley and her husband who own SRA-Strategic Realty Advisor. There word is worth nothing. I was nice, she is a hypocritical Christian which to me is the lowest of the low. Thank you Mae for having Grace and forgiving her and she promises that she will refund my money and pay me for the one night. How conveniently she forgets after I get her money returned to her from the hotel she booked without asking me. It’s too bad but I’m gonna post this on all the Aggie mothers club and please forward it on to everyone you know not to use this company!
