I've had them come out 3 times over the last few years and they've been great! They act like they actually like their job. They know their stuff. One time another company told me I'd have to call an electrician but ICY HOT had some part on their truck and replaced a switch that was melting or something and walked up into our attic and fixed the AC during intolerable summer heat. I signed up for their contract which is every 6 months instead of paying for a year up front. You will not get some sort of slick hard sell from them.

This was the best AC repair experience that I have had. They told me that they would arrive at 9 AM and they arrived at 9 AM. I know that is not possible each time, but this is the first time when "9 to 11" turned out to be 9. The AC tech diagnosed the problem with the coil and gave me three possible solutions. He did not push in any way the most expensive option, and, in fact, I decided on it because it allowed me to exercise parts warranty. Top notch professionalism.
