  So this driver was going way above speed limit in a 30 zone by U of M . For a transport company I'd probly select better drivers. Just a suggestion :)

  This company hires crazy drivers!!! This driver was speeding thru the neighborhood almost ran over my baby and I and missed my neighbors car by about an inch!! He was not paying attention to his surroundings and disrespecting the neighborhood!!! Would never put my loved one in their care!

  The drivers of this company throw used medical gloves out the window in front of peoples homes after they use them to drop off patients. It is disgusting and has happened several times. You shouldn’t have to come home to medical waste in front of your front door or driveway.

  After many years of late services from other providers, Royal truly does its best to arrive at the scheduled time and confirms appointments ahead of time. Really nice staff, have yet to meet someone that doesn't offer a smile and patience which is rare with these companies.
