Nice rooms and coffee shop. Easy to get to anywhere in Door County you want to go. Nice beach.

I love it here. I've been coming here for years and the cabins are always very nice and clean and the stay is wonderful. Management is very accommodating.

The area is beautiful and a little beach is right out your door with that being said that is all you are paying for. The beds are as hard as sleeping on coiled rocks. The rooms Do Not Have a coffee pot and there is No coffee up frontyou have to wait for the coffee shop to open and pay over $2 bucks for one normal size cup of coffee. I wish I would of packed of my own little coffee pot. I really find this crazy because even really cheap motels have a little pot of coffee in the lobby.
I do want to note that they do a great job cleaning the rooms!
The area is beautiful and tons of fun things to do with in 5 mins to 20 mins of the room.
Beaches, lighthouses, hiking, ferry rides to the island, boat rides, wineries, restaurants, fish boils and tons of littles shops.response / report this review -

Rooms are very basic, but very clean. The only major thing we didn't like was the damp smell- the room smelled and was furnished like the family cabin. However, the lake view and beach was amazing. Absolutely made up for the dank room. The TV was a little confusing, but it is a good value, especially since there is much to do in Door County out of the room. For sleeping and showering, it was very functional. Good water pressure.

Better than it looks from the street. Airy and simple. Clean and comfortable. Computer TV is a plus so we can Netflix and chill.

We like to stay here any time we go to Door County. The owner, Elizabeth, is very nice. There is a new coffee shop attached to the hotel that is good as well. The beds and furnishings are being upgraded and the rooms are comfortable.
