The hotel is located in a very quiet area but is still close enough to a lot of restaurants and social activities. The hotel is extremely clean and I am extremely happy with the 5th floor room. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is plentiful. If I'm ever in Tampa Florida again I will be staying here.

Called the front desk to see about my a/c not working. I was told to I have to turn the heat on to thaw it out. I said it’s already hot in the room and that would make it hotter. Was told I should have not turn it down that low. First time I’ve ever been told that in a hotel!!!! 4 people in the room and only 2 towels and no rug for the bathroom floor! I’ve stayed here before a few times and had no issues but I guess things change! Last time for me and my family!

The room felt very homy, lots of space, shower is separate from the toilet area. Big closet, couch to chill and sleep. The decoration was very well put together. Free breakfast, (come early, good things go fast). Would definitely consider staying there again

My family and I stayed here during Hurricane Irma, the hotel staff was more than accommodating. The room was comfortable, service was provided whenever needed. Great breakfast service as well, all round pleasant staff.

Its nice. But The smell and the AC vent makes alot of noise. Plus the breakfast Is okay but can be better. The radio needs to be updated ASAP.. The rooms are nice, found no bed bugs. The beds are comfy and looks like a real suite! The pool is pretty small but fun. Staff treats you nice which is a plus!

I dont usually write reviews but I have to say this place is amazing! The rooms seem to be brand new, beds are the most comfortable thing ever but what tops it off is the customer service. The staff treats you like Family and is quick to jump up and do anything to please a customer. I still don't know how they remember guest names and greet you coming in and out! My family arrived for the second time 6 months after our first visit and we greeted each other by " hey I remember you". Everyone is so accommodating and I would recommend to anyone staying in the area! Thanks

Love this hotel. My family stays here whenever we can. The rooms are huge, with 2 separate bathrooms,(one with the shower and another with the toilet) which is awesome if you're sharing a room with someone. Breakfast is great. Clean, great customer service.

We had a three day stay due to a surprise project at our home. We could not be happier with the way that they accommodated us on short notice.

All of our requests (1st floor and near an exit because we have a dog) were met. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Plenty of space to walk your dog (s) around the property.

Free continental breakfast every morning and easy access to I-75.

A huge thank you to everyone that took care of us!!

The front desk attendant Ms. Deloris was amazing. She was so sweet at check in and then when our shower did not work she came upstairs to fix it. When she couldn't she gave us a new room. The hotel is nice, quiet and close enough to shopping without being crowded.

Literally, the nicest people work at this hotel. They made our team feel welcomed and were very accommodating. We stayed in 11 hotels this year and while the amenities were all very equal, this one stands out as the BEST! Can't say enough about how GREAT they were to us.

This place was awesome. I came on my college trip with my school. It was the best. Everyone was so welcoming. It was one lady who was so enthusiastic she looked like the manager. Everyone seemed like they had a relationship with each customer. I loved it.
