Nice views of the river, decent rooms. Seems clean enough. Walk to everything important, stumble back, np. Great desk peeps!
3.5 stars for: definitely overpriced; also, mostly, because their room service cleaned our room despite being told 4x by front desk and us, and door hanger

My room was awesome, I think I probably had a great view but I left every morning before the sun came up and didn't come back until it was down so I couldn't really tell. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very cozy, would stay again

The hotel has a beautiful riverfront terrace adjacent to a man=made waterfall buiilt to operate a large mill many years ago. It is an amazing thing to see, especially when the water level is high. It is also a habitat for many bald eagles. One can often see them in the area. It was one of the first places eagles began to flourish as the species made its comeback. I often go there to reflect or the take photos.

Its well located. Rooms are adequate. Never expect an upgrade regardless of status - youll never be offered it. Nice view of river easy walking distance to Mass ave which has great restaurants and bars. Reasonaby priced and mostly clean. Breakfast is generally well stocked.

As always breakfast was exceptional and the rooms were definitely above standard I stayed in the Queen double suite. The overall architecture does apply a nice sound dampning standard I didn't really hear any other guests. The staff were exceptionally helpful and gregarious.

Very nice people, but the room was dusty. The ceiling texture was falling down from water damage, however this area was not visible unless a person was laying in bed. The mattress was not good, but I will admit that I do prefer a firm mattress. Overall the visit was not bad, the price for the room was comparable to hotels in the area. When these issues were addressed with the front desk upon check out, they were kind and professional and provided me with a 30% refund.

A nicely modeled hotel within an older, and large building. Unfortunately the day we spent their they were repairing the lobby A/C but had set massive cool air vents inside to cool guests. The staff were pleasant and informative.

Our room was very clean. Everything was as expected as far as readiness. I do hope they update the bathroom in a future remodel.

Some of my friends stayed here for a wedding in town recently. I visited the hotel and their room. The room was spacious, updated, and clean. We hung out in the lobby and had a drink before heading downtown, which is only a block away. The lobby appears to be recently renovated and is a comfortable spot to gather with plenty of seating areas.
The location is great, it's on the river, next to downtown.
