When I say RUN, I mean fast, RUN AWAY FAST and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are the most irresponsible and negligent companies I have ever encountered. To take people who are in a bad situation and tell them that they will represent them and help in this difficult time and then taking money 19% to be exact, and then dropping the ball, it is horrible.
COVID caused many families to make hard decisions. Such as pay the roof over our heads or pay off other stuff, this is the decision we made, but instead of totally leaving the matter in air, we hired this company to handle the matter. They took the accounts and requested we stop payment those. We paid them $800 a month to handle these matters and use that money to make arrangements. At first we were at ease because we trusted that were handling things. Things turn for the worst. They dropped the ball on multiple accounts, while still charging the monthly, causing multiple garnishments and even a bank account Levy to be place of out bank accounts. Now we were not only paying them, we were being garnished in salary, and any money in the bank accounts being withdrawn to satisfy one of the accounts they dropped. Every time I call not one know what is going on and they keep promising call backs they never do. They refuse to refund the 19% charged on two of the account they dropped the ball on, knowing quiet well that they are liable for the mess. WE are currently in hell because of this company and their behavior is nothing short of customer abuse. At this point I have started desperately looking for a solution on my own and would seriously love to find out if I am able to sue them for negligence and emotional distress. In case you do not know, when a garnishment goes through you usually pay way over what the original debt was because you have to pay court fees and such, also, every time the court withdraws a levy the bank charges $100-$125 legal fee for the transaction.
PLEASE RUN, and do not give this company a second thought. If you have enrolled already, stay on top of your account/s and call them weekly, and even when doing that, you might have still made the biggest mistake of your life. Seek legal advise somewhere else and see about trying your best to negotiate on your own.response / report this review -

You better walk away from company , if you don’t want to double drown , double drown in debts. Started out nice and ok with payment . I paid $959.50 for 7 months =$6716.5 and i stared suspicious why creditors keep calling me as hell while i having $6716 in funding ? Why???My chase bank agreed to settle down my debt from $1800 to $800 and they keep sending latter to me to settle down again agin to me . I just realized that spring legal do nothing for me while i having $6716 in funding .
I called a lawyer that spring legal group gave number to me , he didn’t pick up my phones at all . Finally, I can’t get all money back .. worst company everrrrrr……👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎response / report this review -

DON'T WALK, RUN As fast as you can away from these crooks. They will do nothing but ruin your credit further and steal your hard earned money that you are trying to use towards fixing your credit. I hope the next Osama bin laden targets these people and their families. They stole 13000 dollars from my family and we will be filling a lawsuit against them for their negligence and theft. If anyone knows how we can bankrupt these cons please get in touch with me.

If you ever seen the TV series ‘Better Call Saul’ — this law group is the reality version of several ‘Saul Goodman’ playing as the “goodguys” looking out to assist with your credit problems, but simply will take your money and leave you in the dust. They’re great salesmen, but absolutely horrible lawyers. Modern day crooks hidden in a fancy organization. Stay away!!

Do not do this! Started out very nice and a ok payment. First settlement they worked out after a few months was more then what the credit card company offered me. Then I needed to add more money to the account because they were taking there service fee out first 17% of your total dept. After 18 months in the program I get served papers now a Retainer fee of 1,700 and all the other fees they never tell you about. I dropped out of the program and going another direction, Spring legal Group got paid over 10,000 and only gave me one settlement out of 7 and they are going to keep that? With me they are taking about 35% of what they settled. STAY AWAY
